Daily Zohar # 5268 – beresheet-b – The halls where Mashiach visits
Daily Zohar 5268

Zohar beresheet-b

#15
In the inwardness of this hall, that is, within the second aspect of Chessed- Gevurah- Tiferet, are found all those righteous who sanctify with all their strength the Name of their Master, and answer “אָמֵן יְהֵא שְׁמֵיהּ רַבָּא מְבָרַךְ” “Amen, may His great Name be blessed” with all their strength. This is the third aspect of the hall, the aspect of the three upper ones. These righteous, who merited the sanctification of the Name with all their strength, and likewise answered “Amen, may His great Name be blessed” with all their strength, merit them. And these are the ones found in the innermost inwardness of this hall. For the Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet of this hall are found within the Netzach, Hod, Yessod of the hall, and the three upper ones(ג” ר) of the hall are found within the Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet of the hall. So the three upper ones of the hall are the hall’s innermost inwardness. And that light found in the Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet of the hall, which includes all colors, Chochmah, Binah, Tiferet(ז” א), Malchut as above, also shines to these righteous who are found in the three upper ones of the hall.
By the power of this light that they receive from the Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet of the hall, they stand and see other lights, which are grasped and not grasped within them. That is, from the greatness of that light they cannot attain it in completeness, but it is to them as grasped and not grasped. However, above the righteous stands Mashiach, and he enters and stands among them, and brings down the light to them so they can attain it.
Notes:
The innermost of the second hall is the aspect of the three upper ones(ג” ר). There stand the righteous who sanctified the Name and answered, “אָמֵן יְהֵא שְׁמֵיהּ רַבָּא מְבָרַךְ” (“Amen, may His great Name be blessed”), with all their strength. The light they receive is too great to grasp fully until Mashiach stands among them and brings it down so they can attain it.
#16
Mashiach travels from this second hall and enters the third hall. There are all those who suffered illnesses and pains more than others, to be corrected. That is, more than those who are in the second hall, and therefore they merited the third hall. And this is the first aspect in this hall, that is the aspect of Netzach, Hod, Yessod. The second aspect is all those schoolchildren who did not complete their days and did not die in their time, who did not taste the taste of sin. And therefore these pure souls rise as Mayin Nukvin(מ” ן) and draw the lights of the second aspect of this hall, which is Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet. The third aspect is all those who mourn the destruction of the Temple and shed tears, and who draw the lights of the three upper ones to this hall. And therefore they sit in the aspect of the three upper ones of the hall. All these three aspects of the souls of the righteous mentioned above are found in that hall, and Mashiach comforts them; that is, he shines their lights to them.
And in the hall of Hod it says that Mashiach brings down the lights to them. And here it says, “and he comforts them,” and it does not say, “and he brings down to them.” And the reason is that only the lights of Hod are drawn from above to below, but the lights of Netzach shine only from below to above. Therefore, it does not say, “and he brings down to them,” whose meaning is from above to below, for this applies only in the hall of Hod.
Notes:
The third hall holds three groups: those who suffered illness for correction, children who died without sin and raise Mayin Nukvin(מ” ן), and those who mourn the Temple and draw the three upper ones. Mashiach comforts them by shining their lights. In the hall of Netzach the lights rise from below, so he does not “bring them down” as he does in the hall of Hod.
