Tikkun #6 – continue

Binah is the window to the upper levels and through it the light passes to the lower Sefirot.
Moses brought healing on his sister, Miriam, using 5 words with 11 letters (Numbers 12:13) “ אל נא רפא נא לה” created a window ton the Binah level to draw the healing light from Arich Anpin (Long Face).
אל is the first key to break out of Malchut, the two נא are the right and left frame of the window, רפא is the healing energy, לה bring the light to Malchut, Miriam.
This is a powerful healing meditation, best done during Shabbat when we have easy connection to Binah.
