Tikkun 18 Continue

During the silent prayer with the 18 blessings, we have 4 points in the prayer that help us connect Chokmah to Malchut.
The blessings start with three words, ברוך אתה יהוה, “Blessed you YHVH” and to make the connection we bow down in a special process. First with the word ברוך (Malchut) we go down straight while bending the knees, then with the word אתה (Zeir Anpin) we bring our body down and forward and with the third word, יהוה (Binah and Chokmah) , we erect our self.
A simple bowing, which is bending the head can go only up to Chessed.
Each of the four special blessings connects the YHVH and ADNY.

These sequences complete the unification of upper and lower names of God יאהדונהי to bring down the light into our lives.
