The work of the righteous nourish spiritual levels and when the soul (the ‘girl’) comes to bring his body to life, she also connects him to the levels he achieved in his life.

The desire of the male to the woman draws the light of Chokmah to the female and bring a soul. The desire of the female to the male draws light of Chessed that elevates to the Chokmah from the male and include in each other in the process of making the soul.
When the ‘servant’ saw the girl offering to water the camels he knew that she has the desire for the male and ready to accept him. That is the aspect of connecting the right soul with the right body.
At the time of the Resurrection the souls that may have been split into several lifetimes and bodies will come together and the body that achieved greater and complete correction would be the one that the soul with all of its parts join.
The desire of male and female to each other determine the quality of the unification and the type of soul that would be drawn into the body.
