The wine we drink and for the Kiddush blessings must be pure without any connection to negative energy. Since the wine is on a high level, it absorbs the energy of the person who touched it. The wine is also affected by the environment it is stored in.
The Kosher wine is made using a pure process done only by Jewish people. To protect the wine from external energies, it is pasteurized or cooked to 80 degrees Celsius (176 F) then cooled down immediately to stop the fermentation process to protect the wine from absorbing external energies. A ‘contaminated’ wine is call ‘יין נסך’. ‘Libation Wine’.
For those who are not near a place where they can buy Kosher wine, here is a process to produce Kosher wine at home (even for Passover, if the containers are new and or sterilized in boiling water).
This would produce approximately 1.5 to two bottles of wine.
I heard it from Rabbi Mutzafi and compiled the details from gathered information from different sources online. I didn’t do it myself and can’t guarantee results. If you follow this process, please share your experience in the comments section.
1. Get 1-2 kg (2-4 lb.) of dark red raisins. They need to be soft and ‘meaty’, not dry! (Some dry brand may work if they are boiled but this is not recommended as results may be disappointing)
Raisins should be large as possible, naturally dried, without any preservatives.
It’s important to have the raisins with the grape seeds. The seeds are the ‘Keter’ of the wine energy. It also helps to determine that the grapes are not genetically modified. Without seeds the grapes may not be Kosher for wine.
2. According to the Tzemach Tzedek ( 3rd Admor of Chabad), the wine that would come from the raisins should be third or half but not less that quarter of the water we add to the raisins.
3. Wash the raisins thoroughly, possibly with soft dish soap if there’s a risk of micro bugs.
4. Put the raisins in a large glass container (or quality rigid plastic).
5. Add water (preferably distilled or natural mineral water) up to double the height of the raisins.
6. Store in the refrigerator for about 4-6 days, until the raisins are fully round and absorbed the water. The longer you wait the better the wine.
7. When ready strain the wine out of the container.
8. Keep refrigerator because the wine is live and may get spoiled quickly.
Notes:
Sugar is not healthy but you may add a little sugar if the raisins are not sweet enough to your taste.
To expedite the process, you may start with a little bit warm water for an hour or two in room temperature before putting in the refrigerator.
It suggest following the slow process.

The Zohar teaches us about the power of wine and to draw light from the upper levels. The wine needs to be pure and not tainted by ‘foreign’ energies in order to be a proper vessel/channel for the pure light of Binah.
Lesson:
Every type of food we consume comes with different spiritual energies. The laws of Kosher define the food that has pure and or balanced energy that we can consume and benefit. The Kosher slaughtering of meat release the soul of the animal and with proper blessings we connect pure energy that strengthen our vessels. Fish of predator type (eating other fish) are not kosher because the energy of death is part of them. Shrimp, Lobster and other sea crawlers can be tasty food but they eat the waste from the bottom of the ocean and have negative energy. Some sea food type are very dangerous to consume.
Nowadays we buy food items contaminated with the energy of death because of all the pesticides, radiation, preservatives and other chemicals that is added to the food in order to preserve it to have longer shelf life and increase profits for the manufacturer.
Even Kosher meat, poultry and fish that is farmed in environments that would produce larger ‘crops’, like densely populated animals and fish farms, fed special foods designed to increase production and profits. Antibiotics and different medicines are given to prevent animal diseases but passed onto us through the consumption of this food.
Following the laws of Kosher would protect from negative energies but since most food is processed with the consciousness of greed, the food is consumed with greater energy of the desire for the self. It activates the spread of different cancer that is a spread of out-of-control cell growth.
It’s better to eat less quantities of natural and organic food rather than processed food ‘poisoned’ with cancer causing elements.
Eating simple, home prepared food from fresh organic ingredients, drink pure distilled water, even without any salts or minerals (Reverse Osmosis). Avoid sugar and all kind of chemicals and you will have strong soul and body.
B”H I wish to open a new section on the DZ for all aspects of soul and body health. Your support would be appreciated.
