86. וְעַל כֵּן יִשְׂרָאֵל קְדוֹשִׁים צְרִיכִים לִשְׁמֹר אֶת זֶה עַל הַכֹּל, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁנִּקְשָׁר בִּמְקוֹם הָעוֹלָם הַבָּא. וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא מִתְבָּרֵךְ בְּיַיִן יוֹתֵר מֵאֲשֶׁר בַּכֹּל, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהוּא מְשַׂמֵּחַ אֶת צַד הַשְּׂמֹאל, וּבְתוֹךְ שִׂמְחָתוֹ נִכְלָל בַּיָּמִין. וּכְשֶׁהַכֹּל נַעֲשֶׂה יָמִין, אָז הַשֵּׁם הַקָּדוֹשׁ בְּשִׂמְחָה, וּבְרָכוֹת נִמְצָאוֹת בְּכָל הָעוֹלָמוֹת. וּבַמַּעֲשֶׂה שֶׁלְּמַטָּה יִתְעוֹרֵר מַעֲשֶׂה שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, וְעַל כֵּן מַזְמִינִים יַיִן כְּנֶגֶד יַיִן.
87. וּמִשּׁוּם שֶׁהוּא שָׁמוּר לְמַעְלָה, צָרִיךְ לִשְׁמֹר אוֹתוֹ לְמַטָּה, וְכָל שְׁמִירָתוֹ הִיא קְדֻשָּׁה לְיִשְׂרָאֵל, וּמִי שֶׁפּוֹגֵם אוֹתוֹ לְמַטָּה בְּצַד הַטֻּמְאָה, הוּא יִטְמָא בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה וְאֵין לוֹ חֵלֶק לָעוֹלָם הַבָּא, הַמָּקוֹם שֶׁשּׁוֹרֶה אוֹתוֹ הַיַּיִן הַמְשֻׁמָּר. הוּא לֹא שָׁמַר אוֹתוֹ, הוּא לֹא יִשְׁתַּמֵּר לָעוֹלָם הַבָּא. הוּא טִמֵּא אוֹתוֹ, יְטַמְּאוּ אוֹתוֹ בְּאוֹתוֹ הָעוֹלָם, וְלֹא יִהְיֶה לוֹ חֵלֶק בְּאוֹתוֹ יַיִן שֶׁל הָעוֹלָם הַבָּא. אַשְׁרֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל שֶׁמְּקַדְּשִׁים אֶת נַפְשָׁם בִּקְדֻשָּׁה עֶלְיוֹנָה, וְשׁוֹמְרִים מַה שֶּׁצָּרִיךְ לִשְׁמֹר, וּמַקְדִּישִׁים אֶת הַמֶּלֶךְ בַּשְּׁמִירָה הָעֶלְיוֹנָה הַזּוֹ. אַשְׁרֵיהֶם בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה וּבָעוֹלָם הַבָּא.

For the reasons discussed earlier, Israelites with high level souls are careful with their ‘wine’ because they want to have pure connection to Binah. The word ‘wine’ in Hebrew ‘יין’ is numerically 70 to reveal connection to the seven sefirot from Malchut to Binah. When adding 3 for the number of letters we get the value of 73 for Chokmah, ‘חכמה’, revealing that the light that comes from Binah is originated from Chokmah.
After meals we bless the food with ‘Birkat Hamazon’. When we have three or more participants (age 13 or up) we can use wine to add additional and higher level connection. In such case we start the blessings with a ‘Zimun’, which means ‘invitation’. This ‘invitation’ includes a blessing of the name YHVH to unify the higher light with the blessings of the food, ‘Birkat Hamazon’.

For the ability to connect to Binah with the blessings, we need a perfectly Kosher wine as we explained in #84, #85 above.
