These ears connect to angels that receive the voice from this world. They are called ‘the ears of YHVH’.
Ecclesiastes 10:20
“Do not curse the king, even in your thought; Do not curse the rich, even in your bedroom; For a bird of the air (angel) may carry your voice, And a bird in flight may tell the matter.”
The verse tells us ‘do not curse in your thought’. We know that there is no sound in thoughts so what is the purpose of saying ‘for a bird may carry your voice’?.

The answer is that thoughts and whatever a person has in his heart do not manifest until it comes out from his mouth with words. Words break out to the air, ’fly’ in the world and the inner voice becomes a sound. The angels take the sound and bring it to the ears of the King.
Deuteronomy 5:24
“And you said: ‘Surely YHVH our God has shown us His glory and His greatness, and we have heard His voice from the midst of the fire. We have seen this day that God speaks with man, yet he still lives.”
In the above verse, Moses tells the people that Hashem listens to their prayers.
In the verse below we read that when the people complained, Hashem heard them, but the outcome was the anger of YHVH and fire spread throughout the camp.
Numbers 11:1
“Now when the people complained, it displeased YHVH; for YHVH heard it, and His anger was aroused. So the fire of YHVH burned among them, and consumed some in the outskirts of the camp.”
Lesson;
Our inner voice has the aspect of Zeir Anpin and the sound we utter from our mouth is Malchut where thoughts can manifest.
Psalms 33:6
“By the word of YHVH were the heavens made, and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.”
The words and the vapors that come out of our mouth are pure energy that manifests in our life as good or bad. The verse teaches us that we are created in God’s image and have the same aspect of power with our words and the vapors that come with every breath to build or destroy.
