Zohar Vayera

#106
Abraham and Sarah were preparing a ritual bath for every person, he for men and she for women. What is the point, that Abraham was engaged in purifying the people. And says because he was pure and was called pure, it is written (Job 14:4) “מִי יִתֵּן טָהוֹר מִטָּמֵא לֹא אֶחָד.” “Who can bring a pure out of an impure? No one!”
Pure is Abraham, who came out of Terah who was unclean.

#107
Rabbi Shimon says that Abraham was busy with the water ritual to correct his level that is Chessed, which is the aspect of water. For that reason, he was purifying people with water.
Genesis 18:4
“Please let a little water be brought, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree.”
When Abraham invited the three angels that came to visit him, he offered them water to strengthen the level of Chessed.

#108
Because of this, Abraham was purifying everyone. He cleansed them from idol worship, and from the impure side. And just as he would purify the men, Sarah would purify the women. All those who came to them, were found pure both from idol worship and impurities.
