Hebrew translation:

103. וַיֹּאכְלוּ?! וְכִי תַעֲלֶה עַל דַּעְתְּךָ שֶׁמַּלְאָכִים עֶלְיוֹנִים אוֹכְלִים? אֶלָּא בִּשְׁבִיל כְּבוֹדוֹ שֶׁל אַבְרָהָם נִרְאֶה כָּךְ. אָמַר רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר, וַיֹּאכְלוּ וַדַּאי, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהֵם אֵשׁ אוֹכֶלֶת אֵשׁ וְלֹא נִרְאִים, וְכָל מַה שֶּׁנָּתַן לָהֶם אַבְרָהָם אָכְלוּ, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁמִּצַּד אַבְרָהָם אוֹכְלִים לְמַעְלָה [שֶׁאוֹכְלִים מֵאוֹתוֹ צַד שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה].
104. בֹּא רְאֵה, כָּל מַה שֶּׁאָכַל אַבְרָהָם, הוּא אָכַל בְּטָהֳרָה, וְלָכֵן הִקְרִיב לִפְנֵיהֶם וְאָכְלוּ, וְאַבְרָהָם שָׁמַר בְּבֵיתוֹ טֻמְאָה וְטָהֳרָה שֶׁאֲפִלּוּ בֶּן אָדָם שֶׁהוּא טָמֵא [לֹא יָכֹל לְהִתְקָרֵב לְבֵיתוֹ. אָז יָדַע אַבְרָהָם שֶׁזֶּה טָמֵא הוּא, וְעָשָׂה] [לֹא הָיָה מְשַׁמֵּשׁ בְּבֵיתוֹ, עַד שֶׁעָשָׂה] לוֹ טְבִילָה, אוֹ עָשָׂה לוֹ לִשְׁמֹר שִׁבְעָה יָמִים כָּרָאוּי לוֹ בְּבֵיתוֹ, וְכָךְ זֶה בְּוַדַּאי.
105. בֹּא רְאֵה, כָּתוּב (דברים כג) אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר לֹא יִהְיֶה טָהוֹר מִקְּרֵה לָיְלָה וגו’. מַה תַּקָּנָתוֹ? וְהָיָה לִפְנוֹת עֶרֶב יִרְחַץ בַּמָּיִם. אֵרְעָה בּוֹ טֻמְאָה אַחֶרֶת, כְּמוֹ זִיבָה [טֻמְאַת צָרַעַת אוֹ נִדָּה] אוֹ טֻמְאַת נִדָּה שֶׁהָיוּ שְׁתֵּי טֻמְאוֹת, לֹא מַסְפִּיק לוֹ בְּאוֹתָהּ טְבִילָה [מִשּׁוּם] בֵּין שֶׁאֵרַע לוֹ קֶרִי קֹדֶם שֶׁקִּבֵּל טֻמְאָה אַחֶרֶת [מִשּׁוּם] בֵּין שֶׁאֵרַע לוֹ אַחַר כָּךְ.

Zohar Vayera

Angels don’t eat but they honored Abraham by accepting his hospitality and food.
Rabbi Elazar says that the angels didn’t make themselves as if they are eating. They come from the aspect of fire and like fire can consume the food.
Eating is the aspect of drawing Light of Chassadim from the upper levels. The angels ‘ate’ from the spiritual level of Abraham that is Chessed.

Everything Abraham ate and serve was in purity. For that reason, the angels could eat the pure food he served them.
Abraham kept his home in purity. He didn’t let a person with little impurity serve in his home before doing a Mikveh to purify themselves. If a person was with greater impurity, he kept him seven days to cleanse himself, and then make a Mikveh before going back to service.

Deuteronomy 23:11,12
“כִּי יִהְיֶה בְךָ אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר לֹא יִהְיֶה טָהוֹר מִקְּרֵה לָיְלָה וְיָצָא אֶל מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה לֹא יָבֹא אֶל תּוֹךְ הַמַּחֲנֶה.”
“וְהָיָה לִפְנוֹת עֶרֶב יִרְחַץ בַּמָּיִם וּכְבֹא הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ יָבֹא אֶל תּוֹךְ הַמַּחֲנֶה.”
“If there is among you any man who is unclean because of a nocturnal emission, then he must go outside the camp; he may not reenter the camp.”
“But when evening comes, he shall bathe himself in water, and as the sun sets, he may come inside the camp.”

Nocturnal emissions at night are caused by dreams influenced by negative entities that surround the body at night trying to draw energy from the body. The easiest way for them is to introduce sexual images and sensations that lead to a point that a person loses control and release life force from the Yessod channel of his body. These impurities affect the environment and require a person to stay away from people until the evening when he can wash and return to his activities.
If the impurity is greater like a woman in her period, washing for purity on the same day is not enough. That person needs to keep seven days of purity before washing again in purifying water.

Hosting and feeding guests are at the highest level of Chassadim. W should always give and share from what we have with a pure heart in order to receive the Light of Chessed and becomes a greater channel for others.
The energy of the food depends on the one that prepares it and the one that serves it. It’s wise to know the chef in the restaurant you visit often. If he is positive and loves his work then we can expect to benefit positively from the food. If the chef or the waiter server (male or female) is grumpy or carry negative energy, it’s better to leave a small tip on the table and leave the place.

A woman in her period should stay seven clean days and avoid touching her husband or other men. After seven clean days, she immerses in the purifying water of a Mikveh and gets intimate with her husband.
It’s important to keep the purity of the Yessod channel in the body because it relates to spiritual and material sustenance.
