Daily Zohar # 3653 – Behaalotcha – Like the shining sun

Zohar Behaalotcha
Psalms 112:9
“He has distributed freely, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever; His horn will be exalted with honor.”

“His horn will be exalted with honor” (Psalms 112:9)
The person who gives Tzedakah connects Zeir Anpin and Malchut. The ‘קרן’ ‘horn’ also means ‘principal’, is Malchut that receives honor from Binah. With the Light of Binah, Malchut is elevated to receive blessings from above.

Rabbi Aba says that anytime the Holy Tabernacle is built by the actions of the people, meaning Malchut is unified with Zeir Anpin, that event becomes a joy for all levels and the Holy anointing oil fills up and illuminates the candles that are the sefirot of Malchut. The one that made this happen, brought upon himself protection in this world and will inherit life in the world to come. As it is written: Proverbs 10:2
“Treasures of wickedness profit nothing, But righteousness (וּצְדָקָה Tzedakah) delivers from death.”
There are no treasures that can save a person from death except for giving Tzedakah because as we previously learned, Tzedakah connects to the life force from Zeir Anpin. Furthermore, the path of the righteous shines brighter unto the perfect day that is the Final Redemption.
Proverbs 4:18
“But the path of the just (Tzadik) is like the shining sun, That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day.”

Numbers 10:2
“Make two silver trumpets for yourself; you shall make them of hammered work; you shall use them for calling the congregation and for directing the movement of the camps.”
Ezekiel 1:19
“When the living creatures went, the wheels went beside them; and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.”
Rabbi Shimon quotes these verses and connects the movements of the camps of Israel in the desert to the movement of the Holy creatures of the Holy throne, to tell us that every movement below affects spiritual movement above.
