Zohar Balak
#339
Numbers 23:9
“כִּי מֵרֹאשׁ צֻרִים אֶרְאֶנּוּ וּמִגְּבָעוֹת אֲשׁוּרֶנּוּ הֶן עָם לְבָדָד יִשְׁכֹּן וּבַגּוֹיִם לֹא יִתְחַשָּׁב.”
“For from the top of the rocks I see him, And from the hills I behold him; There! A people dwelling alone, Not reckoning itself among the nations.”
The image and form of his father were impressed upon him. And from the time he was in his mother’s womb, he spread out and stepped out.
“For from the top of the rocks, I see him” is the manifestation of the shape of his father. Since he was inside his mother, “I see him” means he stepped out.
The above discourse is about the Israel above that is Zeir Anpin. His form is like his father that is Chokmah on the Right, and the supernal father and mother, which are concealed Chassadim.
The Yod of the name that represents Chokmah is not revealed from the supernal father and mother because it is included inside the mother that is Binah, and from there come out the three lines. Then he steps out and away from the borders of his father, and Chokmah is revealed in the Vav, Zeir Anpin. When the Yod ‘י’ stretched out, it forms the letter Vav ‘ו.’

Mother is called ‘hills,’ ‘גְּבָעוֹת,’ and “from the hills I behold him” means that mother always watches over her son, Zeir Anpin, the letter ו Vav.
In the supernal Yeshiva, the word ‘גְּבָעוֹת,’ ‘Hills’ is missing the letter ו Vav, ‘גְּבָעֹת.’ In the ‘hills’ below, which is Malchut, the son, who is Mashiach son of David is included in her.
When King Mashiach comes in the future, the supernal ‘hill,’ which is Binah, would take him under her wings to strengthen him and connect him to the supernal life force of Binah. From there and on that day, Mashiach, son of David, would come out. This is what implied from the Vav of ‘hills,’ ‘גְּבָעוֹת.’
