Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -3792

Hebrew translation:

111. דָּבָר אַחֵר צַר כֹּחֶכָה – שֶׁכַּאֲשֶׁר בֶּן אָדָם אוֹחֵז בְּדַרְכֵי הַתּוֹרָה, נֶאֱהָב לְמַעְלָה וְנֶאֱהָב לְמַטָּה, וְהוּא אָהוּב שֶׁל הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (שמואל-ב יב) וַה’ אֲהֵבוֹ, שֶׁהָיָה אָהוּב שֶׁל הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא, וְאוֹהֵב אוֹתוֹ. וּכְשֶׁאָדָם סוֹטֶה מִדַּרְכֵי הַתּוֹרָה, אֲזַי צַר כֹּחַ כֹּה, צַר שֶׁלּוֹ וּבַעַל שִׂנְאָה הוּא אֵלָיו, וְשׁוֹלֵט עָלָיו אוֹתוֹ שֶׁנִּקְרָא רַע, עַד שֶׁמְּקַטְרֵג בּוֹ בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה וּבָעוֹלָם הַבָּא.
112. בֹּא רְאֵה, הָרָע הַזֶּה, שֶׁהוּא יֵצֶר הָרָע, שׁוֹלֵט עַל הָעוֹלָם בְּכַמָּה צְדָדִים, וְכַמָּה שִׁלְטוֹן יֵשׁ לוֹ בָּעוֹלָם, וְהוּא נָחָשׁ תַּקִּיף שֶׁחָטָא בּוֹ אָדָם, וְנִכְשָׁלִים בּוֹ בְּנֵי הָעוֹלָם וּמוֹשְׁכִים אוֹתוֹ עֲלֵיהֶם, עַד שֶׁמּוֹצִיא לָהֶם אֶת נִשְׁמוֹתֵיהֶם.
113. וּבֹא וּרְאֵה, כְּשֶׁהוּא שׁוֹלֵט, שׁוֹלֵט עַל הַגּוּף. וְכֵיוָן שֶׁשּׁוֹלֵט עַל הַגּוּף, יוֹצֵאת מִמֶּנּוּ הַנְּשָׁמָה, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהַגּוּף נִטְמָא, וְהַנְּשָׁמָה עוֹלָה, וְאֵין שׁוֹלֵט עָלָיו עַד שֶׁנּוֹטֵל רְשׁוּת. וְכַמָּה הֵם שֶׁבָּאִים מִצִּדּוֹ וְשׁוֹלְטִים עַל הָעוֹלָם, וַהֲרֵי שָׁנִינוּ שֶׁכָּל מַעֲשֵׂי הָעוֹלָם שֶׁנַּעֲשִׂים וְשׁוֹלְטִים בָּהֶם, וְיֵשׁ לוֹ מְמֻנִּים וְשַׁמָּשִׁים, כֻּלָּם שַׁמָּשִׁים בְּמַעֲשֵׂי הָעוֹלָם.

The Zohar brings another explanation to “Your strength is small(narrow)” and says that when a person holds to the ways of the Torah, he is beloved above and beloved below and becomes loved by the Holy One Blessed be He as we read in 2 Samuel 12:24
“וַיְנַחֵם דָּוִד אֵת בַּת שֶׁבַע אִשְׁתּוֹ וַיָּבֹא אֵלֶיהָ וַיִּשְׁכַּב עִמָּהּ וַתֵּלֶד בֵּן וַתִּקְרָא אֶת שְׁמוֹ שְׁלֹמֹה וַיהוָה אֲהֵבוֹ.”
“Then David comforted Bathsheba, his wife, and went in to her and lay with her. So she bore a son, and he called his name Solomon. Now YHVH loved him,”
When a person leaves the ways of the Torah, then “כה,” that is, the strength of the Shechina in him becomes small. He hates her, and the evil inclination increases its control over him until he prosecutes him in this world and the next world.

The Evil Inclination reigns the world in many ways and has a lot of control in the world. He is a tyrannical Snake that made Adam sin.
The world’s people fail because of him, and they draw him upon themselves until he takes their souls away from them.

When the evil inclination is in control, he controls the body and can take the soul. When the body is defiled, the soul doesn’t leave the body until permission is given. Many are coming from the side of the evil inclination to rule the world. We have learned that all the deeds in this world are controlled by them and done by temptations. The Evil side has superiors and servants that entice people to do evil deeds.

Lesson;
The evil inclination has access to everything we do in this world. He introduces the wrong choice for us to follow with different kinds of temptations. If the option is free and selfish, then it is definitely from the evil side. If the choice is too easy, we should restrict and understand why it is easy before we act upon it.

King Solomon was a child of King David and his most beloved wife, Bat Sheva. For that reason, he drew the love of Hashem to the child. Hashem bestowed on Solomon wisdom from the highest level that no one could ever achieve. The letters of his name שלמה also spell השלם, meaning the complete. He built the first and long-lasting Holy Temple. During his reign, the kingdom of Israel was vast, rich, and greater than ever. He made peace with nations all over the world that came to see him in Jerusalem and experience his wisdom. The spiritual connection in the Holy Temple during his time was at a level that only at the time of Mashiach could and would be higher.
