The external forces connected to the hair of the head are higher than the others but not brazen as the others. The forces that connect to the hair on the side of the face are hard and impudent. Because of this and the hard spark in them, the face is hot as fire. And about this, it is written;
Lamentation 4:16
“פְּנֵי יְהוָה חִלְּקָם לֹא יוֹסִיף לְהַבִּיטָם פְּנֵי כֹהֲנִים לֹא נָשָׂאוּ וּזְקֵנִים לֹא חָנָנוּ.”
“The face of YHVH scattered them; He no longer regards them. The people do not respect the priests Nor show favor to the elders.”
Psalm 34:17
“פְּנֵי יְהוָה בְּעֹשֵׂי רָע לְהַכְרִית מֵאֶרֶץ זִכְרָם.”
“The face of YHVH is against those who do evil, To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.”

Leviticus 13:42
“וְכִי יִהְיֶה בַקָּרַחַת אוֹ בַגַּבַּחַת נֶגַע לָבָן אֲדַמְדָּם צָרַעַת פֹּרַחַת הִוא בְּקָרַחְתּוֹ אוֹ בְגַבַּחְתּוֹ.”
“And if there is a reddish-white lesion on the bald head or bald forehead, it is leprosy breaking out on his bald head or his bald forehead.”

Rabbi Yitzchak asks, what is a reddish-white lesion. And answers that it is a real lesion if the white is seen and the red does not disappear. This is the meaning of a ‘reddish white’ because they are both seen there. Rabbi Yossi said reddish-white means that white is seen only in red, like white and red together. Rabbi Yitzchak said that the interpretation is as he said above, that even if the white is seen and the red does not go away, it is a lesion as it is written;
Isaiah 1:18
“לְכוּ נָא וְנִוָּכְחָה יֹאמַר יְהוָה אִם יִהְיוּ חֲטָאֵיכֶם כַּשָּׁנִים כַּשֶּׁלֶג יַלְבִּינוּ אִם יַאְדִּימוּ כַתּוֹלָע כַּצֶּמֶר יִהְיוּ.”
“Come now, and let us reason together,” Says YHVH, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.”
When the lesion on the skin looks white, it indicates that there is mercy and judgments are no longer there.

Lesson;
White is Chessed, and red is judgment. The lesion appears on the skin as a result of sins and iniquities. The white, Chessed, and mercy cannot spread until the red judgment is removed.

Rabbi Abba taught lesion is written in the masculine and in the feminine. When the Nukva, which is Malchut, is defiled because of sins made on the lower levels, it is written lesion in a female form. And when the male, Zeir Anpin, is not purified because of the sins, it is written lesion in the male form, which is the level of Ish.
