Hebrew translation:

135. עָדֶיךָ כָּל בָּשָׂר יָבֹאוּ – בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁהַגּוּף שָׁרוּי בְּצַעַר, בְּמַחֲלוֹת וּמַכּוֹת, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר וּבָשָׂר כִּי יִהְיֶה בְעוֹרוֹ. אֶת הַנֶּגַע בְּעוֹר הַבָּשָׂר. הַבָּשָׂר הַחַי. וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ לֹא כָתוּב כָּל רוּחַ יָבֹאוּ, אֶלָּא כָּל בָּשָׂר יָבֹאוּ. מַה זֶּה עָדֶיךָ? אֶלָּא כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר וְהוּבָא אֶל הַכֹּהֵן, זֶה הוּא הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב וְאִם יִרְאֶנָּה הַכֹּהֵן. בֹּא רְאֵה, בְּמָקוֹם אֶחָד אַהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵן, וּבְמָקוֹם אַחֵר הַכֹּהֵן סְתָם, וְזֶה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא.
136. אָמַר רַבִּי יִצְחָק, וַהֲרֵי כָּתוּב נֶגַע צָרַעַת כִּי תִהְיֶה בְּאָדָם וְהוּבָא אֶל הַכֹּהֵן, אִם כָּךְ, זֶה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא? אָמַר לוֹ, כֵּן, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁבּוֹ תְלוּיָה כָּל טָהֳרָה וְכָל קְדֻשָּׁה. אָמַר לוֹ, אִם כָּךְ, לָמָּה וְהוּבָא? וְהָעֳלָה הָיָה צָרִיךְ לִהְיוֹת! אָמַר לוֹ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (שם כז) וְהוּבָא אֶת בַּדָּיו בַּטַּבָּעֹת, שֶׁמַּכְנִיס זֶה לְתוֹךְ זֶה. אַף כָּאן וְהוּבָא, שֶׁיִּכָּנְסוּ לַכֹּהֵן לְטַהֵר אוֹתוֹ (כְּשֶׁחוֹזֵר בּוֹ) וְיַכְנִיסוּ דָבָר לְפָנָיו.

Psalm 65:3
“שֹׁמֵעַ תְּפִלָּה עָדֶיךָ כָּל בָּשָׂר יָבֹאוּ.”
“O You who hear prayer, To You all flesh will come.”

“To You, all flesh will come” relates to when the body is riddled with sorrow and disease and wounds; it is written;
Leviticus 13:24
“אוֹ בָשָׂר כִּי יִהְיֶה בְעֹרוֹ מִכְוַת אֵשׁ וְהָיְתָה מִחְיַת הַמִּכְוָה בַּהֶרֶת לְבָנָה אֲדַמְדֶּמֶת אוֹ לְבָנָה.”
“Or if the body receives a burn on its skin by fire, and the raw flesh of the burn becomes a bright spot, reddish-white or white.”

The lesion is on the skin of the living flesh, and therefore it is not written, yet every spirit(soul) shall come, but “all flesh will come.” He asks, what is” To you” (עָדֶיךָ)? And answers, we have learned, “and was brought to the priest” (Leviticus 14:2); this is the Holy One Blessed be He. In one place, it is written” Aaron the priest” and in another place, “if the priest looks at it” (Leviticus 13:21). When it says “priest” without “Aaron,” the reference is to the Holy One, Blessed be He.

Leviticus 13:9
“נֶגַע צָרַעַת כִּי תִהְיֶה בְּאָדָם וְהוּבָא אֶל הַכֹּהֵן.”
“When the leprous lesion is on a person, he shall be brought to the priest.”
Rabbi Yitzchak points to this verse, saying, “he shall be brought to the priest,” and the answer is because purity and holiness come from the Holy One, Blessed be He. Then he asks, why doesn’t it say “and he shall be elevated to the priest” because, concerning the Holy, there is an elevation, not a simple coming. He told him it was written;
Exodus 27:7
“וְהוּבָא אֶת בַּדָּיו בַּטַּבָּעֹת וְהָיוּ הַבַּדִּים עַל שְׁתֵּי צַלְעֹת הַמִּזְבֵּחַ בִּשְׂאֵת אֹתוֹ”
“The poles shall be inserted (brought וְהוּבָא) into the rings, and the poles shall be on the two sides of the altar to bear it.”
Here we read that one brought into the other that is the Holy Altar. So the answer is that the person brought to the priest, the Holy One Blessed be He, to purify him.

Lesson;
Unclean is always at the lower level, and after cleansing, one can be elevated. Before we come closer to the Holy, we should cleanse ourselves physically and have pure consciousness and meditation. When we are less ‘grounded,’ we can have elevation.
