Hebrew translation:

108. וְלָמַדְנוּ, כָּל אוֹתָן מִדּוֹת עוֹלוֹת וּמִתְעַטְּרוֹת וְנָחוֹת בְּרֹאשׁ אֶחָד, וְשָׁם מִתְעַטֵּר רֹאשׁ הַמֶּלֶךְ, אוֹתוֹ שֶׁנִּקְרָא בְּדַרְגָּה עֶלְיוֹנָה שֶׁל חֲסִידוּת, וְהַחֲסִידִים יוֹרְשִׁים כָּל אוֹתוֹ הַכָּבוֹד שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, שֶׁכָּתוּב יַעְלְזוּ חֲסִידִים בְּכָבוֹד – בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה, יְרַנְּנוּ עַל מִשְׁכְּבוֹתָם – בָּעוֹלָם הַבָּא. רוֹמְמוֹת אֵל בִּגְרוֹנָם – שֶׁיּוֹדְעִים לִקְשֹׁר אֶת קֶשֶׁר הָאֱמוּנָה כָּרָאוּי, וְאָז חֶרֶב פִּיפִיּוֹת בְּיָדָם. אֵיזוֹ חֶרֶב פִּיפִיּוֹת? זוֹהִי חֶרֶב לַה’, חַרְבּוֹ שֶׁל הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. פִּיפִיּוֹת – לוֹהֶטֶת בִּשְׁנֵי דִינִים. וְלָמָּה? לַעֲשׂוֹת נְקָמָה בַּגּוֹיִם וְגוֹ’.
109. וַהֲרֵי רַבִּי פִּנְחָס בֶּן יָאִיר, כֶּתֶר הַחֶסֶד, הָרֹאשׁ הָעֶלְיוֹן, מִשּׁוּם כָּךְ יָרַשׁ אֶת הַכָּבוֹד שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, וְהוּא קָשַׁר קֶשֶׁר עֶלְיוֹן, קֶשֶׁר קָדוֹשׁ, קֶשֶׁר הָאֱמוּנָה. אַשְׁרֵי חֶלְקוֹ בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה וּבָעוֹלָם הַבָּא. עַל הַשֻּׁלְחָן הַזֶּה נֶאֱמַר, (יחזקאל מא) זֶה הַשֻּׁלְחָן אֲשֶׁר לִפְנֵי ה’. קָם רַבִּי פִּנְחָס וְנָשַׁק לוֹ וּבֵרַךְ אוֹתוֹ, וְנָשַׁק לְרַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר וּלְכָל הַחֲבֵרִים וּבֵרַךְ אוֹתָם. נָטַל כּוֹס וּבֵרַךְ.

All these attributes of Malchut ascend and are crowned and rest on the head of Zeir Anpin. His Chessed becomes Chokmah and those who cling to Zeir Anpin inherit all the honor from above that is the thirteen attributes. They rejoice as it is written;
Psalm 149:5,6
“יַעְלְזוּ חֲסִידִים בְּכָבוֹד יְרַנְּנוּ עַל מִשְׁכְּבוֹתָם.”
“רוֹמְמוֹת אֵל בִּגְרוֹנָם וְחֶרֶב פִּיפִיּוֹת בְּיָדָם.”
“Let the righteous (חֲסִידִים) be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds.”
“Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand,”
They rejoice in this world, that is Malchut, and “on their beds” means that they will also rejoice in the world to come, which is Binah.
“The high praises of God be in their mouth” means that they know how to properly make the Bond of Faith (קֶשֶׁר הָאֱמוּנָה). “And a two-edged sword in their hand” means the sword that represents Malchut from the judgment side. “Two-edged” indicates that there are two types of judgments, one from the Left and one that cancels the Light of Chokmah on the Left. The righteous receive this ‘sword’ to take revenge on the nations that hurt Israel in their past.

Rabbi Shimon said that Rabbi Pinchas ben Yair, who is the aspect of the supreme head of Zeir Anpin, meaning, his Chessed became Chokmah, which is the head, and because of that, he inherits a supreme honor. He binds a supreme and Holy connection, which is the bond of faith, that is the unification of Zeir Anpin and Malchut.
Blessed is his share in this world and in the world to come.
Ezekiel 41:22
“הַמִּזְבֵּחַ עֵץ שָׁלוֹשׁ אַמּוֹת גָּבֹהַּ וְאָרְכּוֹ שְׁתַּיִם אַמּוֹת וּמִקְצֹעוֹתָיו לוֹ וְאָרְכּוֹ וְקִירֹתָיו עֵץ וַיְדַבֵּר אֵלַי זֶה הַשֻּׁלְחָן אֲשֶׁר לִפְנֵי יְהוָה.”
“The altar was of wood, three cubits high, and its length two cubits; its corners, its base, and its sides were of wood. And he said to me, “This is the table that is before YHVH

Rabbi Pinchas stood up and kissed Rabbi Shimon, and blessed him. And kissed Rabbi Elazar and all the friends and blessed them. Took a glass and made a blessing with it.
