Hebrew translation:

202. עַל כֵּן צָרִיךְ לְכַוֵּן אֶת הַלֵּב וְהָרָצוֹן בַּקּוֹלוֹת הַלָּלוּ, וְלַחֲזֹר בִּתְשׁוּבָה לִפְנֵי רִבּוֹנָם. אֲזַי כְּשֶׁיִּשְׂרָאֵל מְתַקְּנִים וּמְסַדְּרִים קוֹלוֹת בִּרְצוֹן הַלֵּב כָּרָאוּי בַּשּׁוֹפָר הַזֶּה, חוֹזֵר אוֹתוֹ שׁוֹפָר עֶלְיוֹן. וּכְשֶׁחוֹזֵר, מְעַטֵּר אֶת יַעֲקֹב, וְהַכֹּל נִתְקָן. וְכִסֵּא אַחֵר עוֹלֶה, וְאָז נִמְצֵאת שִׂמְחָה בַּכֹּל, וְהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא מְרַחֵם עַל הָעוֹלָם. אַשְׁרֵי חֶלְקָם שֶׁל יִשְׂרָאֵל שֶׁיּוֹדְעִים לְהַנְהִיג וְלִמְשֹׁךְ אֶת רִבּוֹנָם מִדִּין לְרַחֲמִים, וּלְתַקֵּן אֶת כָּל הָעוֹלָמוֹת עַל יְדֵיהֶם.
203. בֹּא רְאֵה, כְּנֶגֶד זֶה נִפְתָּחִים שְׁלֹשָׁה סְפָרִים בְּיוֹם זֶה, וּכְמוֹ שֶׁרַחֲמִים מִתְעוֹרְרִים וְהַדִּינִים הַקָּשִׁים נִכְנָעִים וְנִכְנָסִים לִמְקוֹמָם – כָּךְ הוּא לְמַטָּה כְּמוֹ שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, הַדִּינִים הַקָּשִׁים נִכְנָעִים וּמָעֳבָרִים מִן הָעוֹלָם. וּמִי הֵם? אֵלּוּ אוֹתָם רְשָׁעִים גְּמוּרִים, שֶׁהֵם דִּינִים קָשִׁים שֶׁנִּכְנְעוּ וְהָעָבְרוּ מִן הָעוֹלָם. וְעַל כֵּן נִכְתָּבִים וְנֶחְתָּמִים וְכוּ’. אָמַר רַבִּי אַבָּא, וַדַּאי זֶהוּ בֵּרוּר הַדָּבָר. בָּרוּךְ הָרַחֲמָן שֶׁשָּׁאַלְתִּי וְהִרְוַחְתִּי אֶת הַדְּבָרִים הַלָּלוּ.

The Shofar meditation is essential, and it should come with repentance. When Israel aligns their heart with the sound of the Shofar below, they activate the supernal Shofar, which is Binah, to illuminate and crown Jacob, who is Zeir Anpin that set the throne of Mercy for the judge.
Everyone is joyful, and the Holy One, Blessed be He, expresses his compassion over the world.
Praised are Israel that knows how to transform judgment and pull their Holy King to the side of Mercy.

The three sets of the Shofar blowings use the three lines to transform judgments to Mercy. On the day of Rosh Hashanah, there are three open books. One on the Right to register the righteous to life, and one on the Left for wicked people that connect to the harsh judgment on the Left. The third book is on the centerline for those in the middle, between good and evil.
And just as by blowing the Shofar, Mercy arises, and the harsh judgments surrender and go to their place, so below as above. The harsh judgments surrender and are removed from the world. The wicked are written and sealed immediately in the book to death, and the righteous are written and sealed immediately to life. The judgment of those in the middle hangs until Yom Kippur when the middle line is completed. This is the secret of the Light of Chokmah in Binah, which is the Light of life.
