How do we know that adultery causes Leprosy? It is written
Isaiah 3:17
“וְשִׂפַּח אֲדֹנָי קָדְקֹד בְּנוֹת צִיּוֹן וַיהוָה פָּתְהֵן יְעָרֶה.”
“Therefore the Lord will strike with a scab The crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, And YHVH will uncover their secret parts.”
The first verse connects adultery, skin issues, and Leprosy as described in Leviticus 14:56
“וְלַשְׂאֵת וְלַסַּפַּחַת וְלַבֶּהָרֶת.”
“for a swelling and a scab and a bright spot,”

How do we know that theft causes Leprosy
Zechariah 5:4
“הוֹצֵאתִיהָ נְאֻם יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת וּבָאָה אֶל בֵּית הַגַּנָּב וְאֶל בֵּית הַנִּשְׁבָּע בִּשְׁמִי לַשָּׁקֶר וְלָנֶה בְּתוֹךְ בֵּיתוֹ וְכִלַּתּוּ וְאֶת עֵצָיו וְאֶת אֲבָנָיו.”
“I will send out the curse,” says YHVH of hosts; “It shall enter the house of the thief And the house of the one who swears falsely by My name. It shall remain in his house And consume it, with its timber and stones.”
It is written that when Leprosy spreads in the house, it should be broken down.
Leviticus 14:45
“וְנָתַץ אֶת הַבַּיִת אֶת אֲבָנָיו וְאֶת עֵצָיו וְאֵת כָּל עֲפַר הַבָּיִת וְהוֹצִיא אֶל מִחוּץ לָעִיר אֶל מָקוֹם טָמֵא.”
“And he shall break down the house, its stones, its timber, and all the plaster of the house, and he shall carry them outside the city to an unclean place.”

How do we know that slander, and evil speech, cause Leprosy? It is written;
Numbers 12:1
“וַתְּדַבֵּר מִרְיָם וְאַהֲרֹן בְּמֹשֶׁה עַל אֹדוֹת הָאִשָּׁה הַכֻּשִׁית אֲשֶׁר לָקָח כִּי אִשָּׁה כֻשִׁית לָקָח.”
“Then Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman he had married; for he had married an Ethiopian woman.”

Then in 12:10 we read “וְהֶעָנָן סָר מֵעַל הָאֹהֶל וְהִנֵּה מִרְיָם מְצֹרַעַת כַּשָּׁלֶג וַיִּפֶן אַהֲרֹן אֶל מִרְיָם וְהִנֵּה מְצֹרָעַת.” “And when the cloud departed above the tabernacle, Miriam suddenly became leprous, as white as snow. Then Aaron turned toward Miriam, and there she was, a leper.”

False testimony causes Leprosy. After creating the Golden Calf, Israel said, “This is your god,” as we read in;
Exodus 32:4
“וַיִּקַּח מִיָּדָם וַיָּצַר אֹתוֹ בַּחֶרֶט וַיַּעֲשֵׂהוּ עֵגֶל מַסֵּכָה וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֵלֶּה אֱלֹהֶיךָ יִשְׂרָאֵל אֲשֶׁר הֶעֱלוּךָ מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם.”
“And he received the gold from their hand, and he fashioned it with an engraving tool and made a molded calf. Then they said, “This is your god, O Israel, that brought you out of the land of Egypt!”
Then Leprosy spread in the camp of Israel.
Numbers 5:2
“צַו אֶת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וִישַׁלְּחוּ מִן הַמַּחֲנֶה כָּל צָרוּעַ וְכָל זָב וְכֹל טָמֵא לָנָפֶשׁ.”
“Command the children of Israel that they put out of the camp every leper, everyone who has a discharge, and whoever becomes defiled by a corpse.”

How do we know that a judge who corrupts the law causes Leprosy? It is written;
Isaiah 5:24
“לָכֵן כֶּאֱכֹל קַשׁ לְשׁוֹן אֵשׁ וַחֲשַׁשׁ לֶהָבָה יִרְפֶּה שָׁרְשָׁם כַּמָּק יִהְיֶה וּפִרְחָם כָּאָבָק יַעֲלֶה כִּי מָאֲסוּ אֵת תּוֹרַת יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת וְאֵת אִמְרַת קְדוֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל נִאֵצוּ.”
“Therefore, as the fire devours the stubble, And the flame consumes the chaff, So their root will be as rottenness, And their blossom (פִרְחָם) will ascend like dust; Because they have rejected the law of YHVH of hosts, And despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.”
Because they rejected the law of YHVH, they caused Leprosy to ‘blossom’ on their skin. “Their blossom” (פִרְחָם) has the same root as in the description of Leprosy in Leviticus 13:12
“וְאִם פָּרוֹחַ תִּפְרַח הַצָּרַעַת בָּעוֹר וְכִסְּתָה הַצָּרַעַת אֵת כָּל עוֹר הַנֶּגַע מֵרֹאשׁוֹ וְעַד רַגְלָיו לְכָל מַרְאֵה עֵינֵי הַכֹּהֵן.”
“And if leprosy breaks out (תִּפְרַח) all over the skin, and leprosy covers all the skin of the one who has the sore, from his head to his foot, wherever the priest looks,”

The one who enters the domain of his friend causes Leprosy. We know that from Uziyahu, who entered the realm of the priesthood. It is written
2 Chronicles 26:19
“וַיִּזְעַף עֻזִּיָּהוּ וּבְיָדוֹ מִקְטֶרֶת לְהַקְטִיר וּבְזַעְפּוֹ עִם הַכֹּהֲנִים וְהַצָּרַעַת זָרְחָה בְמִצְחוֹ לִפְנֵי הַכֹּהֲנִים בְּבֵית יְהוָה מֵעַל לְמִזְבַּח הַקְּטֹרֶת.”
“Then Uzziah became furious and had a censer in his hand to burn incense. And while he was angry with the priests, Leprosy broke out on his forehead, before the priests in the house of YHVH, beside the incense altar.”
One who thinks evil thoughts, and the one who causes judgments and conflicts between brothers, cause Leprosy.
Pharaoh suffered because he separated Abram and his wife.
Genesis 12:17
“וַיְנַגַּע יְהוָה אֶת פַּרְעֹה נְגָעִים גְּדֹלִים וְאֶת בֵּיתוֹ עַל דְּבַר שָׂרַי אֵשֶׁת אַבְרָם.”
“But YHVH plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai, Abram’s wife.”

Evil eye causes Leprosy; we learn from David that inflicted Leprosy on those who did not fear Hashem.
All causes of Leprosy were part of Balaam the evil.
