Zohar Balak
Continued from previous DZ
#424
He asks, what is “Who sees the vision of the Almighty(שדי)” (Numbers 24:11), and answers that they are “Who falls down, with eyes wide open.” The Fallen is Aza that the Holy One Blessed be He put him in a valley deep down to his neck and cast darkness on his face.
Azael is with his eyes wide open because he didn’t resist or attack like Aza, so HaShem did not throw darkness over him. Balaam called them a vision of שדי, fallen and eyes wide open.

Lesson;
The name שדי is the aspect of Yessod. Aza and Azael could not see beyond this level, and the knowledge they could share is from before they fell to earth. They were locked in the mountains of darkness to stop their negative influence on people.

#425
At that time, only Balaam could go to the fallen angels every day and learn from them, as it is written; “יַנְחֵנִי בָלָק מֶלֶךְ מוֹאָב מֵהַרְרֵי קֶדֶם” “Balak the king of Moab has brought me from Aram, From the mountains of the east (הַרְרֵי קֶדֶם).” (Numbers 23:7) to reveal that he was visiting the fallen angels every day.

Friday would be a good day to make a ** Donation, especially if you didn’t donate in the past week. Giving on Friday, which is an aspect of Yessod, expands the vessel for the Light and honor of Shabbat.
** Your donation doesn’t have to be given to the same place every week. You can alternate or split your donation among those who benefit you spiritually.
