He asked, we assume that all the people of the world came from Adam. Did he go down to all these lands to have children, and how many wives did he had? And he replies, Adam is found only in this world, the highest of all, called Tevel, as Hashem commanded Tevel to be his land. Tevel holds in the upper level of heavens and clings to the Holy name of the Most High as it is written;
Psalm 9:9
“וְהוּא יִשְׁפֹּט תֵּבֵל בְּצֶדֶק יָדִין לְאֻמִּים בְּמֵישָׁרִים.”
“He judges the world (Tevel תֵּבֵל) with justice; He governs the people with equity.”
“Justice” is the aspect of Malchut, and for that reason, the children of Adam are in the upper land called Tevel, and they are superior to all.

What’s the point that a person below is like the person above all the heavens? There is the highest heaven above all heavens, and on it, the throne of the Holy One Blessed be He, as it is said;
Ezekiel 1:26
“וּמִמַּעַל לָרָקִיעַ אֲשֶׁר עַל רֹאשָׁם כְּמַרְאֵה אֶבֶן סַפִּיר דְּמוּת כִּסֵּא וְעַל דְּמוּת הַכִּסֵּא דְּמוּת כְּמַרְאֵה אָדָם עָלָיו מִלְמָעְלָה.”
“And above the firmament over their heads was the likeness of a throne, in appearance like a sapphire stone; on the likeness of the throne was a likeness with the appearance of a man high above it.”
“Man” “אדם” is the secret of the Holy Name of Zeir Anpin יוד-הא-ואו-הא that has the same numerical value of 45 as “אדם” “man”.
In the world of “Tevel” “תבל,” the king of all, who is “אדם” “Man”, Which is not found in all the lands below.
