Zohar Emor

#225
Rabbi Abba sent a question to Rabbi Shimon, he said, When will the unification of the Congregation of Israel, which is the Malchut, be with the Holy King, who is the Zeir Anpin. Rabbi Shimon sent an answer back;
Genesis 20:12
“וְגַם אָמְנָה אֲחֹתִי בַת אָבִי הִוא אַךְ לֹא בַת אִמִּי וַתְּהִי לִי לְאִשָּׁה.”
“But indeed, she is truly my sister. She is the daughter of my father but not the daughter of my mother, and she became my wife.”
Rabbi Abba was moved, raised his voice and wept, and said Rabbi Rabbi, Holy Light, Woe, woe to the world when you leave it, woe to that generation that will be in the world when you depart from them and be left as orphans from you. Rabbi Chiya asked Rabbi Abba, what is the scripture that he sent to you, what does it mean?
#226
He said, to Rabbi Abba, it is certain that the king, Zeir Anpin, is not in unification with the Matron, Malchut, but only at the time when she is illuminated from the supernal father. Because then Chokmah of Mother is dressed with the Chassadim of Father. When she is illuminated from him, she is called Holy, because the supernal Father is the secret of the Holy.
And then, Zeir Anpin and Nukva mate together. Because the King is Holy as it is written; “קֹדֶשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל לַיהוָה” “Israel is holiness to YHVH” (Jeremiah 2:3). He takes from a holy place, and then he says, “My sister, she is the daughter of my father,” not daughter of my mother but from father’s house. The name Holy is not from Binah, so he can say, “She became my wife” to unite at that time, and not at another time, meaning at the time Malchut is taking from the Father, Chokmah, and not at the time she is taking from the Mother, Binah. Yom Kippur is the proof because it is forbidden for a husband and wife to mate because the unification of Zeir Anpin and Malchut does not exists on that day when Malchut receives from Mother.
Rabbi Chiya said, blessed is the generation that Rabbi Shimon is among them. Blessed are those who stand before him every day.
Lesson;
To stand before Rabbi Shimon and be blessed is to study the Zohar everyday.
