And she will announce a second time, when the Shechinah ascends that high mountain, and goes and announces to the Patriarchs. Then immediately the Shechinah will go to Jerusalem, and will see it in its ruins. She will enter Zion, and there she will build a wall as in the beginning. She returns to the place of her dwelling house and to her elevated state that she had in that place. And there she swears that she would not go out, nor would leave that place, until the Holy One, Blessed be He, had redeemed her children. And “חֶפְצִי בָהּ”, Cheftziba (#298) will announced as at the beginning, and say;
Isaiah 12:6
“צַהֲלִי וָרֹנִּי יוֹשֶׁבֶת צִיּוֹן כִּי גָדוֹל בְּקִרְבֵּךְ קְדוֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל.”
“Cry out and shout, O inhabitant of Zion, For great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst!”
“Great among you” is the Holy One, Blessed be He, who came to raise the Shechina from the dust, and said to her;
Isaiah 52:2
“הִתְנַעֲרִי מֵעָפָר קוּמִי שְּׁבִי יְרוּשָׁלָ͏ִם התפתחו [הִתְפַּתְּחִי] מוֹסְרֵי צַוָּארֵךְ שְׁבִיָּה בַּת צִיּוֹן.”
“Shake yourself from the dust, arise; Sit down, O Jerusalem! Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion!”
The Shechinah is Jerusalem, and Jerusalem is certainly her name.

Also, how much joy upon joy the Tzadikim in Gan Eden have. For this reason, blessed is the one whose soul testifies on Shabbat before the king about new revelation in Torah studies. The Holy One, Blessed be He with his entire court and all the Tzedikim in Gan Eden, all adorn themselves with the new Torah study.
