Rabbi Chiya asked, what is the reason that the exodus from Egypt is mentioned here? It is written;
Numbers 15:41
“I am YHVH your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am YHVH your God.”
And answers, because when they left Egypt, they entered that part which is Malchut, and in Malchut, the Holy One, Blessed be He killed the Egyptians. And so the Exodus from Egypt is mentioned in this place. In this verse, he warned them, “I am YHVH who brought forth…”. Why in the place where the Tzitzit is mentioned? It is because the Mitzvah of the Tzitzit is in the place of Malchut.

Rabbi Yissa taught; it is written;
Micha 7:15
“As in the days when you came out of the land of Egypt, I will show them wonders.”
He asked why “as in the days?” it should have been said “as in the day,” which is a singular form because they went out at once and did not linger. He answers the explanation: “days” like the upper days, Chessed, Gevura, Tiferet, Netzach, Hod, Yessod of Zeir Anpin, in which the Congregation of Israel was blessed. This is how the Holy One, Blessed be He, will bring Israel out of exile. It will be by the ‘days’ of Zeir Anpin, and then it is written;
Isaiah 12:4
“And in that day you will say: “Praise YHVH, call upon His name; Declare His deeds among the peoples, Make mention that His name is exalted.”
Isaiah 12:5
“Sing to YHVH, For He has done excellent things; This is known in all the earth.”
He asks what is “known in all the earth” and explains that Malchut is now known for the Mitzvah of the Tzitzit.
At that time, Malchut will be known in several ways, that the Holy One, Blessed be He, will do miracles in the world, so it is written;
Zecharia 14:9
“And YHVH shall be King over all the earth. On that day, it shall be— “YHVH is one,” And His name one.”

Lesson;
The portion of Shelach Lecha has the story about the spies that went into the Holy Land and came back with evil speech about it. Because of that, they had to extend they journeys for 40 years and the generation that left Egypt had to die in the desert. in the end of the this Zohar portion we reach the final destination when the prophet tells us “on that day… YHVH shall be King over all the earth”, meaning a full revelation of the Light in the Holy Land and the world, B”H soon.
