Hebrew translation:

147. הַלְּבוּשׁ הַזֶּה שֶׁאָמַרְנוּ הוּא [הֵם] מַה שֶּׁאָמְרוּ הַחֲבֵרִים, חָלוּק שֶׁל רַבָּנָן שֶׁמִּתְלַבְּשִׁים בּוֹ בְּאוֹתוֹ הָעוֹלָם. אַשְׁרֵי חֶלְקָם שֶׁל הַצַּדִּיקִים שֶׁגָּנַז לָהֶם הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא כַּמָּה טוֹבוֹת וְעִדּוּנִים לָעוֹלָם הַבָּא, עֲלֵיהֶם כָּתוּב (ישעיה סד) עַיִן לֹא רָאָתָה אֱלֹהִים זוּלָתְךָ יַעֲשֶׂה לִמְחַכֵּה לוֹ.
148. וַאֲנִי הִנְנִי מֵבִיא אֶת הַמַּבּוּל מַיִם עַל הָאָרֶץ. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה פָּתַח, (במדבר כ) הֵמָּה מֵי מְרִיבָה אֲשֶׁר רָבוּ בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶת ה’ וַיִּקָּדֵשׁ בָּם. וְכִי בְמָקוֹם אַחֵר לֹא רָבוּ בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶת ה’? מַה שּׁוֹנֶה כָּאן שֶׁאָמַר הֵמָּה מֵי מְרִיבָה, וְלֹא אֲחֵרִים? אֶלָּא מֵי הַמְּרִיבָה הַלָּלוּ הָיוּ וַדַּאי שֶׁנָּתְנוּ כֹּחַ וְחֹזֶק לְבַעֲלֵי הַדִּין לְהִתְחַזֵּק. מִשּׁוּם שֶׁיֵּשׁ מַיִם מְתוּקִים וּמַיִם מְרִירִים. יֵשׁ מַיִם צְלוּלִים וְיֵשׁ מַיִם עֲכוּרִים. יֵשׁ מֵי שָׁלוֹם וּמֵי קְטָטָה. וְעַל זֶה, הֵמָּה מֵי מְרִיבָה אֲשֶׁר רָבוּ בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶת ה’, שֶׁהִמְשִׁיכוּ עֲלֵיהֶם אֶת מִי שֶׁלֹּא צָרִיךְ וְנִטְמְאוּ בוֹ. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב וַיִּקָּדֵשׁ בָּם.

They asked, what is the clothing the soul is dressed in the world of Truth? He said that there is clothing called “Robe of the sages” or “חלוקא דרבנן” that they are dressed within the world of Truth. Blessed are the portion of the righteous for whom the Holy One Blessed be He stored much good and delights for the world of Truth, about them it is written;
Isaiah 64:3
“וּמֵעוֹלָם לֹא־שָׁמְעוּ לֹא הֶאֱזִינוּ עַיִן לֹא־רָאָתָה אֱלֹהִים זוּלָתְךָ יַעֲשֶׂה לִמְחַכֵּה־לוֹ”
“For since the beginning of the world Men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, Nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him.”

Genesis 6:17
“וַאֲנִי הִנְנִי מֵבִיא אֶת הַמַּבּוּל מַיִם עַל הָאָרֶץ לְשַׁחֵת כָּל בָּשָׂר אֲשֶׁר בּוֹ רוּחַ חַיִּים מִתַּחַת הַשָּׁמָיִם כֹּל אֲשֶׁר בָּאָרֶץ יִגְוָע.”
“And behold, I Myself am bringing floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die.”
Rabbi Yehuda says, didn’t the Israelites quarrel with Hashem elsewhere? As it is written;
Numbers 20:13
“הֵמָּה מֵי מְרִיבָה אֲשֶׁר רָבוּ בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶת יְהוָה וַיִּקָּדֵשׁ בָּם.”
“This was the water of Meribah (Lit. quarrel) because the children of Israel contended with YHVH, and He was hallowed among them.”
What is different here is that it says “water of quarrel” and not others. But these quarrels must have given strength and power to the side of judgment to become stronger because there is fresh water and bitter water. There is clear water, and there is cloudy water. There is water of peace and water of fight. And on this, it is written, “This was the water of Meribah (quarrel),” which was the quarrel that the children of Israel quarreled with YHVH and drew waters they did not need and defiled themselves with.
