The Light from Arich Anpin to Binah and Israel Sava and Tevuna wanted to keep expanding its Light to the lower seven sefirot. From Israel, Sava and Tevuna came out fire, water, and wind for the three lines, as has been explained, and they become one voice that goes out and is heard. From there onwards, it was in the aspect of outside. Inside the concealed level, it is in secrecy, not heard by the world because it is Chokma without Chassadim. Now that the secret is heard, meaning Chokma received Chassadim, it is called outside.
From this, we learn that a person must rectify his deeds and pray to elevate the desire, female water to draw from the upper Light.

What is “in the open streets (Rehoboth)” (Proverbs 1:20)? He asked and explained, It is the sky where all the stars illuminate, which is Yessod of Binah, and the stars represent the souls from that level. Rehoboth is the fountain whose waters never cease, as it is said (Genesis 2:10), “And a river went out of Eden to water the garden.” It is Rehoboth, and there, “she raises her voice,” Meaning the upper, Binah, and the lower, Malchut, reveal the Light as one ‘voice.’

And for this reason, Solomon said,
Proverbs 24:27
“הָכֵן בַּחוּץ מְלַאכְתֶּךָ וְעַתְּדָהּ בַּשָּׂדֶה לָךְ אַחַר וּבָנִיתָ בֵיתֶךָ.”
“Prepare your outside work, Make it fit for yourself in the field, And afterward build your house.”
“Prepare out” is the aspect of Zeir Anpin that reveals the Light of Chokma after it comes out to the level of Zeir Anpin, as it is said (Proverbs 1:20), “she raises her voice in the streets,” for from here the action stands to be rectified and where we can ask a question, as it is written;
Deuteronomy 4:32
“כִּי שְׁאַל נָא לְיָמִים רִאשֹׁנִים אֲשֶׁר הָיוּ לְפָנֶיךָ לְמִן הַיּוֹם אֲשֶׁר בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים אָדָם עַל הָאָרֶץ וּלְמִקְצֵה הַשָּׁמַיִם וְעַד קְצֵה הַשָּׁמָיִם הֲנִהְיָה כַּדָּבָר הַגָּדוֹל הַזֶּה אוֹ הֲנִשְׁמַע כָּמֹהוּ.”
“For ask (a question) now concerning the days that are past, which were before you, since the day that God created man on the earth, and ask from one end of heaven to the other, whether any great thing like this has happened or anything like it has been heard.”
Only in Zeir Anpin do we have the aspect of “from one end of heaven to the other.”

Lesson;
The Light from Arich Anpin goes down to Chokma and Binah in a concealed, silent way, but when the ‘river,’ Light from Binah, goes down to Zeir Apin, the Light is ‘expressed,’ which is the aspect of “raises her voice” in Malchut.
On a more profound level, our prayers and meditations create vessels, female water, that activate the supernal level. Through the process described above, the Light of fulfillment comes down and is ‘expressed’ in our vessels. It is essential to make our prayers ‘light’ without selfishness that causes ‘gravity’ and ‘ground’ them to Malchut. The proper prayer can quickly ascend and be accepted in the upper level. Then the Light comes down and is expressed faster or slower depending on the purity of the prayers and the vessel. This is the aspect of “Our prayers were not heard .” Every prayer is heard. If it is ‘heavy,’ it stays down until other pure prayers lift it.
People turn to Tzadikim to pray for them, not because they don’t have the same prayers, but because Tzadikim has a pure connection and intends always to help others.
