Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -4541

#142
He explains his words in this verse, “Its beginning is not its end, and its end is not its beginning,” that is, they are two separate matters, and when I look at it, they are included one in the other, from its end to its beginning and from its beginning to its end. For it is written,
Proverbs 25:25
“As cold water to a weary soul, So is good news from a far country.”
Where cold water on a weary soul is a distinct matter, and good news from a distant land is a distinct matter, and they are included one in the other because both are a relief to the spirit, just as one is a relief, so is the other a relief. And this is the middle line that includes both matters. As mentioned above.

#143
While they were sitting, a man came and said, “Rabbi Shimon’s wife has been healed from her illness.” And the friends heard a voice that the Holy One, Blessed be He, forgives the sins of the generation. Rabbi Shimon said, “Here the scripture is fulfilled, ‘good news from a distant land is like cold water to a weary soul.’ It is a relief to the spirit, like cold water on a weary soul.” He told them, “Let us rise and go, for the Holy One, Blessed be He, performs miracles for us.”
