But come and see: “גֵּיא חִזָּיוֹן”, “Valley of Vision” (Isaiah 22:1). This is the Shekhinah that was in the Temple, and all the people of the world were nursing from her the nursing of prophecy. And even though all the prophets prophesied from another place, that is, from Netzach and Hod of Zeir Anpin, nevertheless, from within her, from the Nukva, they nursed their prophecy. For Netzach and Hod of Zeir Anpin were bestowed in the Shekhinah, and the Shekhinah was giving the prophets illumination from Netzach and Hod. And therefore, by the name of prophecy, she is called “גֵּיא חִזָּיוֹן”, “Valley of Vision.” Chizayon (vision), they have already explained that she is called so because she shows all the supernal colors. For the four colors of Zeir Anpin — Chokhmah, Binah, Tiferet, and Malchut — are not seen except in her. And therefore she is called chizayon (vision).
Notes:
The Shekhinah (גֵּיא חֲזִיוֹן) in the Temple channeled prophecy from Netzach-Hod, revealing all divine colors to prophets.

“מַה לָּךְ אֵפוֹא כִּי עָלִית כֻּלָּךְ לַגַּגּוֹת”, “What ails you now, that you have gone up, all of you, to the roofs?” (Isaiah 22:1).
For when the Temple was destroyed, the Shekhinah came and ascended to all the places that had been her dwelling before, and she wept for her house of residence, for Israel who went into exile, and for all the righteous and pious who had been there and were lost.
And from where do we know this? As it is written: “כֹּה אָמַר יְהוָה קוֹל בְּרָמָה נִשְׁמָע… רָחֵל מְבַכָּה עַל בָּנֶיהָ”, “Thus says YHVH: A voice is heard in Ramah… Rachel is weeping for her children” (Jeremiah 31:15). And Rachel is the name of the Shekhinah.
And we have already learned: At that time, the Holy One, blessed be He, asked the Shekhinah and said to her: “מַה לָּךְ אֵפוֹא כִּי עָלִית כֻּלָּךְ לַגַּגּוֹת”, “What ails you now, that you have gone up, all of you, to the roofs?”
Notes:
Upon the Temple’s destruction, the Shekhinah ascends to the roofs (former dwelling places), mourning her house, Israel’s exile, and the lost righteous. Rachel symbolizes the Shekhinah weeping for her children. God questions her grief, reflecting the pain of exile and the yearning for return.

He asks: Why does it say “כִּי עָלִית כֻּלָּךְ לַגַּגּוֹת”, “that you have gone up, all of you, to the roofs” (Isaiah 22:1)? For “כִּי עָלִית לַגַּגּוֹת”, “that you have gone up to the roofs” would have been sufficient. What is כֻּלָּךְ—“all of you”? And he answers: It is to include with her all the other hosts and chariots, who all wept with her over the destruction of the Temple. And therefore it is written “כִּי עָלִית כֻּלָּךְ לַגַּגּוֹת”, “that you have gone up, all of you, to the roofs.”
