Daily Zohar 5159

Zohar Vayikra
Continued from previous DZ
#323
One who is nursing her child should not unite with her husband except when the child is asleep. And afterward she should not nurse him for one hour — the time it takes to walk two miles. Or the time to walk one mile if she cannot wait because of the child’s distress, when the child is crying. And with this, she need never fear Lilith.
#324
Fortunate are the tzaddikim, whom the Holy One, blessed be He, teaches deep secrets of above and below. And everything is for the sake of the Torah, for the Torah — whoever occupies himself with it is crowned with the crowns of His Holy Name. For the Torah is the Holy Name, and whoever occupies himself with the Torah is imprinted and crowned with the Holy Name. And then he knows the concealed ways and the deep secrets of above and below, he never fears.
Notes:
The Zohar provides a practical safeguard for nursing mothers: marital relations should take place only while the child is sleeping, followed by a one-hour waiting period (or the time to walk one to two miles) before nursing again. This protects the child from Lili-th’s influence.
The final passage praises the tzaddikim who merit to learn the profound mysteries of the upper and lower worlds through their dedication to Torah. Since the Torah itself is the Holy Name of God, constant engagement with it imprints a person with divine holiness and crowns him with its light. This grants true knowledge of hidden paths and secrets, freeing one from all fear. The teaching highlights that the highest spiritual protection and illumination come from Torah study.
