Hebrew translation:
Tikkun 70 – 6
“In the Beginning..” בראשית, God created six palaces and they are represented by the first 6 letters of the name of 42 (Ana B’Koach), אבגיתץ.
The letter א, Alef is the first and most concealed beginning. The letter ב, Bet, represents the two thousands years that the Creator held on on the Torah and ‘played’ everyday before the creation.
The letter ג, Gimel represenst the supernal Mother that rewards and nurtures us with the fourth Sefira of Chessed.
י Yod is Chokmah, ת Taf, is Tiferet, צ Tsadi, the sixth letter is the aspect of Tzadik
The Alef conceals the aspect of Adam Kadmon that is the force and the detailed plan of Creation. The Zohar tells us that the Creator and Adam Kadmon joined in “Let us make a man in our own image” (Genesis 1:26)
If we translate Adam Kadmon אדם קדמון to English we get ‘Prehistoric man’ but the only truth in this translation is that Adam Kadmon was at the very beginning before the definition of time. Never confuse spiritual terms from Kabbalah with physical shape and matter.

From Adam Kadmon came out Keter and the world of Atziluth. He contains all the worlds and his presence is known in all of them, Atziluth, Beriah, Yetzirah and Asiah. Through the different aspects of ‘Adam’, the Endless light sustains and nurtures the worlds to keep them in existence.
As mentioned earlier, Adam Kadmon is part of the Endless and was there before the existence of time. Because of that, it is the seed of all the forces that are above nature including miracles and immortality. From Adam Kadmon came out spiritual energies that shaped the human body and all of its parts. It is the secret of the Holy Ari’s meditation known as the “Tikun Hanefesh”.
