Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -1023

Tikkun 3 – 8

Exodus 16:4
“Then said YHVH unto Moses: ‘Behold, I will cause to rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a day’s portion every day, for I will put them to test, whether they will walk in My law (Torah), or not”

The Manna is the food that God brought down from heavens for the Israelites in the wilderness on their way to the promised land. The Zohar connects the Manna to the study of the Torah as this verse implies.
The bread from heavens is the aspect of the Torah and ‘gathering a day’s portion’ is the aspect of daily study and connection to the Torah.

The Torah was given to us from heavens to sustain us in the world of Malchut that has no light of its own.

Numbers 11:8
“The people went about, and gathered it, and ground it in mills, or beat it in mortars, and seethed it in pots, and made cakes of it; and the taste of it was as the taste of a cake baked with oil.”

The people processed the Manna any way they wanted and it fulfilled their best desired taste. The Zohar reveals 4 levels of dealing with the Torah; Gathering, Grinding, Beating in mortars and Cooking.

פ – Gather is the revealed level and all external
ר – Grind is in the mouth using the teeth to break down into small pieces
ד – Beat is using the palate and that reveals the taste
ס – Cooking is taking every piece for complete digestion and that revealy the inner energy that we absorb in our body.

Daily Zohar study is our daily Manna that brings the taste of life and the energy that sustains us.
