Daily Zohar – Tikunim – #177 – Take a deep breath and hold it
Tikkun 18 Continue
When everyone is knocking on the gate of prayer, Moses, the “Faithful Shepherd”, appears and says “אֲדֹנָי שְׂפָתַי תִּפְתָּח” “Lord, open my lips.”
The lips are the gate of Malchut like the eye lids. They open and close to connect and disconnect from Malchut.
The air we breathe has the light in it. (אור+י= אויר). When we breathe we absorb the light force using the lungs into the blood, which sustain the whole body.
It comes in as potential light and when we speak we manifest it in Malchut. This means that the first revelation of light is coming from our mouth.
As humans with the power to speak we determine the energy of the world around us by this power. We are the lungs of the universe.
Imagine God asking you; what do you do with the energy of life I give you with every breath?
Imagine taking a deep breath and hold it. Now how long before you are forced to let go and continue breathing? are you in control here or …. We are parts of the one. With every breath and heart beat we should adapt to it and do our positive part. Don’t ruin it for others that are connected to the one and the same system.
