Daily Zohar # 2206 – Vaetchanan – The good inside
1 Samuel 16:12
“So he sent for him and had him brought in. He was glowing with health and had a fine appearance and handsome features.”
“the woman conceived, and bore a son. When she saw that he was a good child, she hid him three months.”
The first verse above was said on King David, who is the aspect of Malchut. The second was said on Moses who is the aspect of Da’at.
The ‘good’ in Malchut can be seen only in the appearance because Malchut is revealed in the action and in returning and the Light that is ‘returned’.
In Da’at, the ‘Good’ is the essence of good as it is the results of the unification of Father, Chokmah and Mother, Binah. Supernal Mother and Father are always together to allow us to elevate and draw from their light through Da’at. Moses is our bridge and through the Torah he brought down for us, we can draw from the Light of the supernal father and mother.
