Hebrew translation:

114. וְיֵשׁ שֶׁשּׁוֹנֶה כָּךְ: שִׂמְחָה זוֹ כְּנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל. וְשִׂמְחָה הֲרֵי פֵּרְשׁוּהָ, כַּכָּתוּב(ישעיה נה)כִּי בְשִׂמְחָה תֵצֵאוּ וְגוֹ’. וַעֲתִידִים יִשְׂרָאֵל לָצֵאת מֵהַגָּלוּת בַּשִּׂמְחָה הַזּוֹ, וּמִי זוֹ? כְּנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל. וְלָכֵן עִבְדוּ אֶת ה’ בְּשִׂמְחָה, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב(ויקרא טז)בְּזֹאת יָבֹא אַהֲרֹן אֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ, וְהַכֹּל אֶחָד.
115. בֹּאוּ לְפָנָיו בִּרְנָנָה – זוֹ הַשְּׁלֵמוּת שֶׁלָּהּ. שֶׁל שִׂמְחָה בַּלֵּב, וּרְנָנָה בַּפֶּה. וְזוֹהִי שְׁלֵמוּת יְתֵרָה. וְהַשְּׁלֵמוּת שֶׁל הַשִּׂמְחָה הַזּוֹ הֲרֵי יְדוּעָה וְנוֹדַעַת, וְזֶהוּ הַתִּקּוּן שֶׁל הָאָדָם לִפְנֵי רִבּוֹנוֹ, וְאָז – דְּעוּ כִּי ה’ הוּא הָאֱלֹהִים. וְהַכֹּל בָּא בְּדָבָר אֶחָד, שֶׁצָּרִיךְ אַחַר כָּךְ לְיַחֵד אֶת הַשֵּׁם הַקָּדוֹשׁ כָּרָאוּי וְלִקְשֹׁר זֶה בָּזֶה לִהְיוֹת הַכֹּל אֶחָד, וְזוֹהִי עֲבוֹדַת הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. אָמְרוּ לוֹ רַבִּי אָחָא וְרַבִּי אַבָּא, וַדַּאי כָּךְ הוּא. אַשְׁרֵי חֶלְקָם שֶׁל הַצַּדִּיקִים שֶׁמִּשְׁתַּדְּלִים בַּתּוֹרָה וְיוֹדְעִים דַּרְכֵי הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. קָמוּ וְהָלְכוּ אַחֲרֵי רַבִּי אַבָּא שְׁלֹשָׁה מִילִין.

Happiness is the Congregation of Israel that is Malchut and called happiness.
Isaiah 55:12
“כִּי בְשִׂמְחָה תֵצֵאוּ וּבְשָׁלוֹם תּוּבָלוּן הֶהָרִים וְהַגְּבָעוֹת יִפְצְחוּ לִפְנֵיכֶם רִנָּה וְכָל עֲצֵי הַשָּׂדֶה יִמְחֲאוּ כָף.”
“For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.”
In the future, Israel will come out of exile with happiness, which means the happiness of Malchut. For that it is written;
Psalms 100:2
“עִבְדוּ אֶת יְהוָה בְּשִׂמְחָה בֹּאוּ לְפָנָיו בִּרְנָנָה.”
“Serve YHVH with happiness; Come before His presence with singing.”
Aaron the priest served the holy with happiness together with Malchut to tell us that the joy of connection to the Holy comes from Malchut.

Happiness is a feeling of the heart and singing comes out of the mouth where the expression of happiness is completed.
The unification of “YHVH (יהוה), He is God (ELHYM, אלהים)” is the unification of Right and Left, and it represents the proper service of Hashem. This unification reveals the Light of Chokmah in Malchut. Before it happens, Malchut is in a state of happiness, and after the Light is revealed, Malchut reaches a complete state and is called ‘רננה’ ‘Singing’.

Lesson;
Desire (Happiness) requires an action (singing) to reveal Light and make us complete.
