Hebrew translation:

127. וְלָכֵן אָנוּ מְעוֹרְרִים אוֹתוֹ וְאוֹמְרִים (דברים י) שְׁמַע יִשְׂרָאֵל. תַּקְּנִי עַצְמֵךְ, הֲרֵי בַּעְלֵךְ יָבֹא אֵלַיִךְ בְּתִקּוּנָיו מְזֻמָּן כְּנֶגְדֵּךְ. ה’ אֱלֹהֵינוּ ה’ אֶחָד, בְּיִחוּד אֶחָד, בְּרָצוֹן אֶחָד, בְּלִי פֵרוּד, שֶׁכָּל אוֹתָם הָאֵיבָרִים נַעֲשִׂים אֶחָד, וְנִכְנָסִים בְּאֶחָד בִּתְשׁוּקָה.
128. כֵּיוָן שֶׁאוֹמְרִים יִשְׂרָאֵל “ה’ אֶחָד” בְּהִתְעוֹרְרוּת שִׁשָּׁה צְדָדִים, אָז כָּל אוֹתָם שֵׁשֶׁת הַצְּדָדִים נַעֲשִׂים אֶחָד וְנִכְנָסִים בִּתְשׁוּקָה אַחַת, וְסוֹד זֶה ו’ אֶחָד, פְּשִׁיטוּת בִּלְבַדּוֹ בְּלִי דְבֵקוּת אַחֶרֶת אֵלָיו, אֶלָּא הוּא לְבַדּוֹ פָּשׁוּט מִכֹּל, וְהוּא אֶחָד.
129. בְּאוֹתָהּ שָׁעָה הַגְּבִירָה מִתְתַּקֶּנֶת וּמִתְקַשֶּׁטֶת, וְשַׁמָּשֶׁיהָ מַכְנִיסִים אוֹתָהּ בְּלַחַשׁ רַב אֶל בַּעְלָהּ, וְאוֹמְרִים: בָּרוּךְ שֵׁם כְּבוֹד מַלְכוּתוֹ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד. זֶהוּ בְּלַחַשׁ, שֶׁכָּךְ צָרִיךְ לְהַכְנִיסָהּ לְבַעְלָהּ. אַשְׁרֵי הָעָם שֶׁיּוֹדְעִים אֶת זֶה וּמְסַדְּרִים סִדּוּר עֶלְיוֹן שֶׁל הָאֱמוּנָה.

Deuteronomy 6:4
“שְׁמַע יִשְׂרָאֵל יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ יְהוָה אֶחָד.”
““Hear, O Israel: YHVH our God, YHVH is one!”
When we recite the Shema, we awaken Malchut that Israel are included in it. With the Shema, we tell Malchut to be prepared for her husband, Zeir Anpin, who is ready for her.
“יְהוָה” “YHVH” is Father, “אֱלֹהֵינוּ” “our God” is Mother, the second “יְהוָה” “YHVH” is Zeir Anpin, and they are joined in “אֶחָד” “one!”.
They come into unification with the desire to be one. The body parts of Zeir Anpin, meaning his sefirot, become one in the Yessod of Zeir Anpin. With the word “One,” they enter with desire.

When we say, “Shema Israel Hashem is one,” we awaken Zeir Anpin that receive from Father and Mother the Light to bring the six sefirot of Zeir Anpin to unite with desire as one in Yessod in the secret of the letter ‘ו’ Vav that is a straight line. The line spread out to represent the expansion of the Light of Chassadim from the Right of Zeir Anpin. Even though Z” A includes the Left in it, at this time, the Right and the Light of Chassadim rules.

Malchut prepares and adorns herself at the time, meaning receiving the upper Light from Mother; she is escorted secretly to her husband, Zeir Anpin, as it is the proper way to do so. Then they all say, “ברוך שם כבוד מלכותו לעולם ועד” “Baruch Shem….”, “Blessed is the name of his kingdom…”
The Zohar says, Blessed those who know this secret of faith, that is Malchut.

Lesson;
The meditation and consciousness during the Shema is to elevate Malchut ה H of the YHVH name and join Zeir Anpin הו HV, and then to the upper Light יה YH that is Father and Mother comes into the unification.
This connection draws the Light from the supernal father יהוה, and mother אהיה, for the unification, Da’at, in the secret of יאההויהה. The upper Light goes to Yessod of Mother and down to Zeir Anpin.
We meditate that the unification awakens the Right with Light of Chassadim, not from the Left.
The meditation above describes the unification of the Light and vessel on the spiritual levels. The Holy Ari gives detailed meditations for the different Shema prayers we connect to during the morning, night, and bedtime. See PDF link below. Nevertheless, it is better to keep the meditation simple, unifying the Light from יה YH to Zeir Anpin and Malchut וה VH. At the same time, you meditate that you nullify your body for the sake of this unification. When we are ready to see our body as non-existent, we connect and receive from all spiritual levels from Atzilut to Asiyah.

The unification of Zeir Anpin and Malchut is described above as a unification of husband and wife. When the brain that is the aspect of the upper sefirot, Chokmah, and Binah receives the ‘Light’ from above, it is awakened for unification in Malchut. The six sefirot of Z” A come together with the Light from above and flow down to Yessod in the shape of the letter ו Vav of the name and penetrate the vessel to deliver the Light.
The consciousness during this unification should be pure to activate the proper flow of Light to the vessel. Love and nullification of the low-level desires of the bodies during the bond is essential to be able to elevate higher and draw greater Light and blessings. As described above, it should be in secret.
