From the inner spirit (Ruach) comes out another spirit and reaches the Eagle that raises his wings and covers the body as it is written;
“הֲמִבִּינָתְךָ יַאֲבֶר נֵץ יִפְרֹשׂ כְּנָפָיו לְתֵימָן.”
“Does the hawk fly by your wisdom, And spread its wings toward the south?”
This Eagle quarreled with the dove, and with the hawk, and all the winged ones beep, chirp, and rejoice. From one side, one rises from the bottom up. A few birds come down and up, beeping and rejoicing, walking and wandering.
The ‘spirit’ is the force that sweetens the judgments of the Left. The Hawk is the Left. The Dove is Malchut that receives from the Left, and the Eagle is the center line. The quarrel is the possessive of having the conflict between the Left and the Right until the center, Eagle, brings all together, which is toward the south that is Chessed.
When the Eagle moves, he extends the right wing and gathers all his armies, which are 350 thousand winged ones, into two bodies of an eagle and a lion together. He raises a voice, and all the others go up and down, beeping from their side and several levels.
The flag of the tribe of Yehuda has two aspects, Right, which is Lion, and a South (Chessed). The illumination is of the center, which is Eagle and East (Tiferet). When the camps of the tribe of Yehuda move, it is the aspect of moving the Right wing and traveling on the south side. The Light of Chokmah is counted as 1000. The three lines have the secret of 300, and with the light of Chokmah, they make 300 thousand. Malchut is considered half and adds 50 thousand to make the 350 thousand mentioned above.
In the camps of Israel, three heads together in the center of Reuven. Gad and Shimon are with Reuben. And all are in a particular account, and the accounts of these heads are; one head, 46 thousand and five hundred, which is the number of the tribe of Reuben. The second head for the tribe of Shimon has 59 thousand and three hundred. The third head 45,000 and six hundred and fifty. Which is the number of the tribe of Gad.
