Daily Zohar 4065

When a man enters the top of the mountains of darkness, Azael, who has eyes wide open (See #424 above), sees him and immediately tells Aza. Then they make a sound, and large burning snakes gather and surround them. They send a small animal called an onymata against the man. This animal is like a kind of cat; her head is like a snake’s head, she has two tails, and her hands and feet are small. The man who sees her covers his face. He brings one vessel with ashes called incense from burning a white rooster and throws it in her face, and she comes with him.
The man reaches the top of the chains that are anchored in the earth and reaches the abyss. And there in the abyss is one still stuck in the lower abyss, and to that sill, the head of the chains is tied. And when a person reaches the top of the chains, he hits it three times. And they, Aza and Azael, call him. So he kneels and bows and walks, closing his eyes, until he reaches them. Then he sits in front of them, and all these snakes surround him from one side and the other side. When he opens his eyes and sees them, he is shocked and falls on his face and bows against them.
