Psalm 27:3
“Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this (בְּזֹאת) I will be confident.”
We learned that “זֹאת” “this” is the Shechina in Malchut that King David drew strength from to take vengeance on his enemies.
The Holy One, Blessed be He, made him a holy chariot like the patriarchs. He received the holy upper crowns that they inherited. We learned that David left his sons after him the kingdom (Malchut) for generations. He drew strength from the supernal Malchut to keep their strong rule for generations.

#150
We learned at the time that the sefira of Malchut arose for the sons of David, no one could rise before them. And this is what was said,
Daniel 10:7
“And I, Daniel, alone saw the vision, for the men who were with me did not see the vision, but a great terror fell upon them so that they fled to hide themselves.”
Daniel saw the vision, which was his connection to Malchut. The others couldn’t see his vision and make a connection, and so they fled because Daniel was one of the sons of David, as it is written,
Daniel 1:6
“Now from among those of the sons of Judah were Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah.”
Only Daniel could see the vision and his connection to Malchut as the verse said, “I, Daniel, alone saw the vision”. He was happy to see it and benefit from what David did to connect his descendants to the control of Malchut for generations.

The others could not bear it and were afraid. Rabbi Shimon said when the force of judgment in Malchut (כה) arises, no one in the world can stand before it.
