When the Alef-bet letters fly, they come from different directions, and they all join. When the head of the Yeshiva came down there, he said, Mashiach saw in the combinations of the letters Daniel saw. He saw the letters “ממתוס ננקפי אאלרן,” and he knew how to make from them, “מנא מנא תקל ופר סין” (Daniel 5:25). The first three letters of these three combinations are “מנא” and the following three letters that also join, “מנא” and the third set of letters “תקל” joined, and the fourth letters “ופר” joined, and the fifth three letters “סין” joined. (Which are interpreted in the Sanhedrin 22.)

Lesson;
Rabbi Ashlag did not explain this section because there were many missing Zohar texts. He referred us to the Talmud.
Explanation from Sanhedrin 22a (sefaria.org)
What did Daniel explain to them? The letters stand for the term: “Mene mene tekel ufarsin” (Daniel 5:25). He then explained the meaning: “Mene”: God has numbered [mena] the days of your kingdom and brought it to an end. “Tekel”: You are weighed [tekilta] on the scale and are found lacking. “Parsin”: Your kingdom is divided [perisat] and given to the Medes and Persians” (Daniel 5:26–28).
ושמואל אמר ממתוס ננקפי אאלרן ור’ יוחנן אמר אנם אנם לקת ניסרפו רב אשי אמר נמא נמא קתל פורסין:
And Shmuel says: The writing used the correct letters for those terms, but instead of being written in order, the four words, mene mene tekel ufarsin, were written vertically and were therefore meant to be read from the top down. If read in the usual way, from right to left, it says: “Mamtos nankafei a’alran.” And Rabbi Yoḥanan says: Each word was written backward, so that read right to left, they spelled, Mene mene tekel ufarsin. Rav Ashi says: They were written with the first two letters of each word reversed: Nema nema ketal pursin.

Every Friday night, when Israel sanctifies the Shabbat, an announcement goes out to the four directions of the world, calling, “Gather holy camps, and set up thrones.” A great joy spread in 390 heavens. Appointed ministers and rulers gather in their places. Since Israel below sanctifies the Shabbat, the Tree of Life, Zeir Anpin, wakes up. A wind from the world of Binah blows, and the leaves and branches of the Tree move and give off smells of the next world. The branches of the Tree are its sefirot; the leaves are the souls it gives birth to. Three hundred ninety heavens are the secret Chokmah and Binah, Tiferet, and Malchut, each including one hundred. Only Malchut lacks the last Ten Sefirot because they are Malchut of Malchut from the side of judgment. For that reason, the last ten are concealed. Therefore, the sefirot of the four levels are four hundred minus ten.

The Tree of Life awakened brings forth holy souls and spreads them over the world. And with all this, souls leave, and souls enter, meaning that souls leave to go down and dress in the flesh of Israel in this world. Souls of the righteous from the lower Garden of Eden ascend and enter the upper Garden of Eden. And those souls who go out awaken the souls that come in, and the Tree of Life, which is Zeir Anpin, is in joy.
