Rav Hamnuna Sava said;
Psalm 20:3, 4
“May He send you help from the sanctuary, And sustain you out of Zion;”
“May He remember all your offerings, And accept your burnt sacrifice. Selah”
“May He grant you according to your heart’s desire, And fulfill all your purpose.”

“Sanctuary” is sanctifying the hands, the first water before the meal. “And sustain you out of Zion,” this is the blessing of “הַמּוֹצִיא” “Hamotzie,” who feeds the desire of the heart of a man. “יִזְכֹּר כָּל מִנְחֹתֶיךָ” “He remembers ALL your offerings,” ‘All’ includes the last wash with water, which is “ מים אחרונים” “Mayim Acharonim.”
And accept your burnt sacrifice” is the final blessing over the meal (Birkat Hamazon).
And if you do so, “יִתֶּן לְךָ כִלְבָבֶךָ וְכָל עֲצָתְךָ יְמַלֵּא”, “He grants you according to your heart’s desire.” And on Shabbat, the word “מְקַדֵּשׁ” alludes to the big Kiddush in the morning. The righteous are adorned in Gan Eden from one Shabbath to another for these actions. (missing the ending).

Isaiah 40:9
“O Zion, You who bring good tidings, Get up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, You who bring good tidings, Lift up your voice with strength, Lift it up, be not afraid; Say to the cities of Judah, “Behold your God!”

“On a high mountain” is the mountain of the Abarim (Deuteronomy 32:49), the place where Moses was buried. We learned that the Shechinah would go up there and announce to the world in the aspect of “מְבַשֶּׂרֶת צִיּוֹן,” harbinger of Zion, which is “חֶפְצִי־בָהּ” (Isaiah 62:4) “Cheftziba,” who is the wife of Natan, son of David, who is the mother of the Mashiach, Menachem ben Amiel, that came out of her womb. She will come out and announce the Redemption; she is indeed a harbinger of Zion.

Lesson;
King David had five sons from his first wife when he was King in Hebron. He had four more sons when he moved to Jerusalem and married Batsheva. Cheftziba was Nathan’s wife and the mother of the Mashiach, Menachem ben Amiel
