Zohar Yitro
Continued from previous DZ
Thus far are all these secrets of the generations of man (אדם), which are the generations born from time to time according to the ways of man. Blessed is the portion of those who sit before the master, who is Rabbi Shimon, and have merited to hear from his mouth the secrets of the Torah. Blessed are they in this world, and blessed are they in the world to come. Rabbi Shimon said, ‘Fortunate are you, friends, for no secret is hidden from you. How many exalted places are prepared for you in the world to come.’

Exodus 18:21
“וְאַתָּה תֶחֱזֶה מִכָּל הָעָם אַנְשֵׁי חַיִל יִרְאֵי אֱלֹהִים אַנְשֵׁי אֱמֶת שֹׂנְאֵי בָצַע וְשַׂמְתָּ עֲלֵהֶם שָׂרֵי אֲלָפִים שָׂרֵי מֵאוֹת שָׂרֵי חֲמִשִּׁים וְשָׂרֵי עֲשָׂרֹת.”
“Moreover, you shall see from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.”
The question is raised, ‘But it is written, “And you shall see,” and not, “you shall choose.”‘ The answer is that ‘you shall see’ refers to the sight of the eyes. How? In the form of the person, in those six aspects that you have mentioned (in #68 above), and all this is in this verse. ‘And you shall see,’:
In the hair, ‘from all the people.’
On the forehead, ‘men of valor.’
In the face of ‘those who fear God.’
In the eyes, ‘men of truth.’
In the lips, ‘those who hate dishonest gain.’
In the hands, in their lines.
