Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -554.

Hebrew translation:

וּבַמֶּה הוּא חָתוּם? בָּאוֹת ו’, וְנַעֲשֵׂית ב’ עִם הַחֲתִימָה שֶׁל ו’ ם, מַה שֶּׁהָיָה ב’ נֶעֶשְׂתָה ם, יַיִן סָתוּם וְחָתוּם, יֵינָהּ שֶׁל תּוֹרָה סָתוּם וְחָתוּם שֶׁלֹּא יִכָּנֵס נָכְרִי לְשָׁם, וְזֶה יַיִן הַמְשֻׁמָּר בַּעֲנָבָיו מִשֵּׁשֶׁת יְמֵי בְרֵאשִׁית, וְלֹא לְחִנָּם תִּקְּנוּ בַּעֲלֵי הַמִּשְׁנָה, חֲתִימַת יַיִן שֶׁלֹּא הִתְנַסֵּךְ וְיִתְעָרֵב בַּצַּד הָאַחֵר, וְעַל הַיַּיִן הַזֶּה נֶאֱמַר לֹא עָשָׂה כֵן לְכָל גּוֹי וּמִשְׁפָּטִים בַּל יְדָעוּם, כֵּ”ן וַדַּאי יַיִ”ן, שִׁבְעִים הַפָּנִים שֶׁל הַתּוֹרָה, וַעֲלֵיהֶם נֶאֱמַר סוֹד יהו”ה לִירֵאָיו.
הַקַּנְקַן שֶׁל הַיַּיִן הַזֶּה זֶה לִבּוֹ שֶׁל אָדָם, שֶׁאִם הוּא קַנְקַן חָדָשׁ וְהִתְנַסֵּךְ בְּיַיִן נֶסֶךְ, שֶׁהוּא יֵצֶר הָרָע, צָרִיךְ שָׁלֹשׁ פְּעָמִים הֲדָחָה, וְהֶן כָּל אֵלֶּה יִפְעַל אֵ”ל פַּעֲמַיִם שָׁלוֹשׁ עִם גָּבֶר, וְלֹא לְחִנָּם תִּקְּנוּ כּוֹס שֶׁל בְּרָכָה אַף כָּךְ הֲדָחָה וּשְׁטִיפָה, הֲדָחָה מִבִּפְנִים וּשְׁטִיפָה מִבַּחוּץ, לִהְיוֹת תּוֹכוֹ כְּבָרוֹ, וְסוֹד הַדָּבָר – וְטִהֲרוֹ וְקִדְּשׁוֹ, וְכַאֲשֶׁר הַקַּנְקַן, שֶׁהוּא לֵב זַךְ מִבִּפְנִים וּמִבַּחוּץ, שׁוֹרָה שָׁם חָכְמָה, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר בָּהּ יהו”ה קָנָנִי רֵאשִׁית דַּרְכּוֹ, קָנָנִי הוּא קַנְקַן וַדַּאי, וְאִם הַקַּנְקַן הַזֶּה הוּא זַךְ, נֶאֱמַר בּוֹ וְנַקֵּה, וְאִם לָאו, לֹא יִנָּקֶה כָּל הַנֹּגֵעַ בָּהּ.

Continue from Daily Zohar 553

The spring, which is the letter Bet, ב, is sealed with the letter Vav ו. When the Vav is in front of the letter Bet, it shows the form of the letter Mem Sofit ם. It is the last letter of the word חתום, ‘Sealed’. It represents the four worlds and the Tetragramaton.
The Torah is the aspect of ‘corked’ and ‘sealed’ wine. The numerical value for wine, יין , is 70 as the number of inner dimensions in the Torah.

Psalms 25:14
“סוֹד יְהוָה, לִירֵאָיו; וּבְרִיתוֹ, לְהוֹדִיעָם ”
“The secret ( סוֹד=70) of YHVH is with them that Awe Him; and His covenant, to make them know it ”

Also Psalms 147:20 “לֹא עָשָׂה כֵן, לְכָל-גּוֹי וּמִשְׁפָּטִים בַּל-יְדָעוּם:
הַלְלוּ-יָהּ ”
“He has not dealt so (כֵן= 70) with any nation; and as for His ordinances, they have not known them. Hallelujah”

Wine must be saved in a sealed form to be preserved. Every element that may get inside the wine could spoil it. The environment is a key factor in the quality and the taste of the wine.

The heart is the aspect of the container of the wine. Before we transfer wine into it, the container should be pure so it can channel the wine’s high energy that comes from the supernal levels.
