Tikkun 43 – 2
Genesis 1:10, 11
“And God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters called He Seas”
“And God said: ‘Let the earth put forth grass, herb yielding seed, and fruit-tree bearing fruit after its kind, wherein is the seed thereof, upon the earth.’ And it was so.”
When the water was gathered on the dry land, God gave the name ‘Earth’ to it. The dry land with the water could now nourish life and bring fourth all kind of vegetation and fruits.
‘Dry land’ is also the aspect of our spiritual level and connection. To be able to bare fruit from our actions, we need to bring the ‘waters’, that is the aspect of the light from Zohar and Kabbalah studies.
Every person brings out fruits based on their own work as it said in the verse above, “fruit-tree bearing fruit after its kind”
