Hebrew translation:
Tikkun 69 – 127
The Zohar tells us that those who build their soul with purity of prayers, meditations that are based on the sacred text, achieve a higher level. On them it was said in Isaiah 51:16
“וָאָשִׂם דְּבָרַי בְּפִיךָ, וּבְצֵל יָדִי כִּסִּיתִיךָ; לִנְטֹעַ שָׁמַיִם וְלִיסֹד אָרֶץ, וְלֵאמֹר לְצִיּוֹן עַמִּי-אָתָּה.”
“And I have put My words in thy mouth, and have covered thee in the shadow of My hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion: ‘Thou art My people.’”
The elevated state of the soul will channel the words of God, connecting heaven and earth. Zion is the Yessod of Malchut, that is Jerusalem. It is the spiritual point above the physical Jerusalem and in this verse God promises the people to be with them and protect them on the lower and upper level, ‘covered thee in the shadow of My hand’.
Psalms 33:6
“בִּדְבַר יְהוָה, שָׁמַיִם נַעֲשׂוּ; וּבְרוּחַ פִּיו, כָּל-צְבָאָם”
“By the word of YHVH were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.”
The words and the vapors that come out of our mouth are pure energy that manifest in our life as good or bad. The verse that the Zohar quotes here, is to teach us that we are created in God’s image and have the same aspect of power with our words and the vapors that come with every breath to build everything.
Those that are using lies, deceit and falsely swear, create an opposite force that destroys everything around them. They are left without light.
The Zohar says on such people that it would have been better for them that they had never been born. They fall dead in life because of their negativity.
Proverb 7:26
“ כִּי-רַבִּים חֲלָלִים הִפִּילָה; וַעֲצֻמִים, כָּל-הֲרֻגֶיהָ.”
“For she hath cast down many dead; yea, a mighty host are all her slain.”
The word “חֲלָלִים”, translated as ‘dead’ in this verse, refers to a state of no light, which is without the life force of the Creator. The immediate state after the first Tzimtzum was a ‘חלל’, ‘empty space’. A soldier that gets killed in a battle is called ‘חלל’, because he gives his light for the purpose of protecting others. The weekdays are called ‘ ימי חול’ , days of ‘no light’. Shabbat is the day of Light when we connect to Binah. Binah has the same letters of בניה, meaning ‘building’.
Speach is the most powerful spiritual tool that we have. As we learn above from the Zohar, we must watch on every word that comes out of our mouths. It is a matter of life and death for the soul. Most of you already know to avoid speaking gossip and all kinds of bad or negative words.
During the week, we should limit our words to all that is necessary to progress ourselves and others in the positive direction. Shabbat is the building time and we should read Zohar as much as we can. We have the entire transliteration of the Zohar on http://UnityZohar.com and this will allow everyone to speak the sacred words and build a great energy around them.
