Tikkun 19-12

The essence of the light that returns from Malchut going up through the Central Column is called לחם, it comes from the letters of Cholam, חלם and means ‘bread’. Zeir Anpin ‘eats’ this ‘bread’.
Psalms 78:25
“לֶחֶם אַבִּירִים, אָכַל אִישׁ צֵידָה שָׁלַח לָהֶם לָשֹׂבַע.”
“Man eat the bread of the mighty; He sent them provisions to the full.”

In this aspect we are Zeir Anpin and to reveal the light we draw down with our spiritual connections as energy for sustenance we need to create returning light by actions of sharing our energy, which are time, talent and money (tithing).
These actions transform the light of Chokmah to light of Chassadim that can manifest to fulfill our lacks and needs.
