“חִכּוֹ מַמְתַקִּים וְכֻלּוֹ מַחֲמַדִּים זֶה דוֹדִי וְזֶה רֵעִי בְּנוֹת יְרוּשָׁלִָם.”
“His mouth is full of sweetness. And he is wholly desirable. This is my beloved and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.”
This verse reveals that Malchut is praised and blessed by the Holy One. The ‘best wine’ is the light of Chokmah in Binah that comes on the Left column to join with the Right and awaken joy and blessings in all the worlds and continue it down to Malchut.
