Hebrew translation:

56. אָמַר לָהּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא: כִּסֵּא כִּסֵּא, יֹאבְדוּ אֶלֶף אֻמּוֹת כְּמוֹתָם, וּבְרִית הַתּוֹרָה לֹא תִזְדַּמֵּן לִפְנֵיהֶם. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב ה’ בְּצֵאתְךָ מִשֵּׂעִיר בְּצַעְדְּךָ מִשְּׂדֵה אֱדוֹם אֶרֶץ רָעָשָׁה. וַדַּאי מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהַתּוֹרָה לֹא נִתְּנָה (מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהִיא בְּרִית קְדוֹשָׁה) אֶלָּא לְמִי שֶׁיֵּשׁ בּוֹ בְּרִית קֹדֶשׁ. וּמִי שֶׁמְּלַמֵּד תּוֹרָה לְמִי שֶׁלֹּא נִמּוֹל, מְשַׁקֵּר בִּשְׁתֵּי בְרִיתוֹת – מְשַׁקֵּר בִּבְרִית הַתּוֹרָה, וּמְשַׁקֵּר בַּבְּרִית שֶׁל צַדִּיק וּכְנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל, שֶׁהַתּוֹרָה נִתְּנָה לַמָּקוֹם הַזֶּה, וְלֹא לְאַחֵר.
57. רַבִּי אַבָּא אָמַר, מְשַׁקֵּר בִּשְׁלֹשָׁה מְקוֹמוֹת עֶלְיוֹנִים – מְשַׁקֵּר בַּתּוֹרָה, מְשַׁקֵּר בַּנְּבִיאִים, מְשַׁקֵּר בַּכְּתוּבִים. מְשַׁקֵּר בַּתּוֹרָה, שֶׁכָּתוּב (דברים ד) וְזֹאת הַתּוֹרָה וְגוֹ’. מְשַׁקֵּר בַּנְּבִיאִים, שֶׁכָּתוּב (ישעיה נד) וְכָל בָּנַיִךְ לִמּוּדֵי ה’. הֵם לִמּוּדֵי ה’ וְלֹא אַחֵר, וְכָתוּב (שם ח) חֲתוֹם תּוֹרָה בְּלִמֻּדָי, הֵם וְלֹא אַחֵר. מְשַׁקֵּר בַּכְּתוּבִים, שֶׁכָּתוּב (תהלים עח) וַיָּקֶם עֵדוּת בְּיַעֲקֹב וְתוֹרָה שָׂם בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל, וְכָתוּב (שם קמ) אַךְ צַדִּיקִים יוֹדוּ לִשְׁמֶךָ. מִי הַצַּדִּיקִים? זֶה צַדִּיק וּכְנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל. שֶׁמִּי שֶׁלֹּא נִמּוֹל וְלֹא נִכְנַס לַבְּרִית שֶׁלָּהֶם, לֹא יוֹדוּ לִשְׁמוֹ הַקָּדוֹשׁ, שֶׁהִיא הַתּוֹרָה. אָמַר רַבִּי חִיָּיא, כֵּיוָן שֶׁהִתְגַּלָּה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא עַל הַר סִינַי לָתֵת תּוֹרָה לְיִשְׂרָאֵל, שָׁכְכָה הָאָרֶץ וְשָׁבָה לִמְנוּחָה. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב (שם עו) אֶרֶץ יָרְאָה וְשָׁקָטָה.

Zohar Emor
Malchut is called ‘chair’ because it’s a seat for the Torah and where the ‘King’ rein on his kingdom, Malchut. The Holy One Blessed be He answered Malchut, calling her ‘Chair, Chair’. He said that a thousand nation would be lost before the Torah is given to another nation. The Torah must be given to a circumcised, holy nation.
The Zohar adds that the Torah should not be taught to those who are not circumcised because the ‘foreskin’ is the aspect of lies. Adam was born circumcised and because the Snake lied to Eve and Adam we are born now with foreskin to remind us the first sin. The foreskin represents the other-side that blocks the Light. When we remove it on the eighth day we make a correction of the sin on the individual level and clear the path for greater light that we can reveal with our studies.
Deuteronomy 4:44
“וְזֹאת הַתּוֹרָה אֲשֶׁר שָׂם מֹשֶׁה לִפְנֵי בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל”
“This is the law (Torah) that Moses set before the people of Israel.”
The Torah was given to the children of Israel because of their ability to study it and draw light from it.
Psalms 78:5
“וַיָּקֶם עֵדוּת בְּיַעֲקֹב וְתוֹרָה שָׂם בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה אֶת אֲבוֹתֵינוּ לְהוֹדִיעָם לִבְנֵיהֶם”
“For He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law (Torah) in Israel, Which He commanded our fathers That they should teach them to their children,”
Psalms 140:14
“אַךְ צַדִּיקִים יוֹדוּ לִשְׁמֶךָ יֵשְׁבוּ יְשָׁרִים אֶת פָּנֶיךָ”
“Only the righteous will give thanks to Your name; The upright will dwell in Your presence.”
The circumcision clears the path of Yessod and allow a person to raise himself to a level of Tzadik.
The Israelites’ souls have greater vessel and can use the study of Torah to draw light and power of manifestation into their lives and this world. The righteous of them can be on high spiritual state and make miracles. Those without connection to the Torah, may use their big vessel to draw light and act negatively. Mixed souls of good and bad, like the Erev Rav, can make great evil in the world.
Many Israelites souls exists in a body that was born away from the circumcision and the Torah. Those who were awakened by the Zohar and feel close to the Torah need to start by having proper circumcision. It will help them in building a greater vesel and understand the Torah on a higher level.
Those who wish to use the Zohar and Torah study as Hokus Pokus tool to fulfil selfish desires need to evaluate their consciousness and adjust to the ways of the Torah.
