Zohar Ki Tisa
#77
If Aaron were to ask Yunus and Yumbrus to put the gold on the ground first, then pick it up, they wouldn’t be able to activate any of their magic spells. Unfortunately, Aaron who was a wise man and on a level of the prophet didn’t know how to protect himself.
#78
Exodus 32:4
“He took this from their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool and made it into a molten calf; and they said, “This is your god, O Israel, who brought you up from the land of Egypt.”
Aaron could have thrown the gold immediately to the ground to break the spell, then pick it up but the negative force was strong, and he completed the process as they wanted. The Zohar explains that Aaron didn’t form the shape of the Golden Calf with carving tools. He placed the gold under a sheet to conceal the process from viewing eyes. Because of that concealment, the process completed and the shape of the Golden Calf appeared in a complete and living form.
Lesson;
Doing the wrong things with pure intention doesn’t stop the adverse outcome. The initial action and the consciousness that comes with it determines the results. Yunus and Yumbrus made magic spells on the gold to inject their consciousness for creating other-god to lead them. Their consciousness was so strong that even Aaron fell under it.
We can protect ourselves from falling under the influence of negativity by avoiding situations where there’s a risk of meeting a presence of negative forces. In most cases, these forces are stronger than us. The Torah gives us 248 precepts of positive action and 365 of avoiding negativity. It’s 117 more precepts of not to engage with negativity. It teaches us that we have to watch and avoid different aspects of negative and impure situations.
We should restrict all kind of temptations that comes mostly from the impure side to trap us and get our pure energy to give them life. Since the other-side is in ‘darkness’, they need us to draw for them. They will await anywhere we have the opportunity to bring light.
Anger is an important aspect of negativity that causes us to lose most of the Light we work hard to get. Anger is considered to be idol worship and could even attract negative souls or entity to enter our spiritual realm and confuse us. The best way to avoid it is to stop the reactive thoughts immediately and before it progresses into action like screaming or physical contact. When anger comes and hard to control, find something that would distract you from the cause of the anger. Looking at a picture or a video of babies would have a great calming effect. Also calling a loved one that would calm you and not plan a revenge attack.
