Hebrew translation:

193. וּכְשֶׁמִּתְעוֹרֵר הַשּׁוֹפָר הַזֶּה וּכְשֶׁבְּנֵי אָדָם שָׁבִים מֵחֲטָאֵיהֶם, צְרִיכִים לְהַשְׁפִּיעַ קוֹל שׁוֹפָר מִמַּטָּה, וְאוֹתוֹ קוֹל עוֹלֶה לְמַעְלָה, אֲזַי מִתְעוֹרֵר שׁוֹפָר אַחֵר עֶלְיוֹן, וּמְעוֹרֵר רַחֲמִים וּמִסְתַּלֵּק הַדִּין. וּצְרִיכִים לְהַרְאוֹת מַעֲשֶׂה בַּשּׁוֹפָר, לְעוֹרֵר שׁוֹפָר אַחֵר, וּלְהוֹצִיא בַּשּׁוֹפָר הַזֶּה לְמַטָּה אוֹתָם קוֹלוֹת, לְהַרְאוֹת שֶׁכָּל אוֹתָם קוֹלוֹת שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, שֶׁכֻּלָּם כְּלוּלִים בְּאוֹתוֹ שׁוֹפָר עֶלְיוֹן, יִתְעוֹרְרוּ לָצֵאת.
194. וּבַקּוֹלוֹת הַלָּלוּ שֶׁלְּמַטָּה נוֹתְנִים יִשְׂרָאֵל כֹּחַ (לְרַחֲמִים מִלְּמַטָּה, וּמִתְעוֹרֵר הַשּׁוֹפָר הַגָּדוֹל) לְמַעְלָה, וְעַל כֵּן צְרִיכִים לְזַמֵּן שׁוֹפָר בַּיּוֹם הַזֶּה וְלַעֲרֹךְ קוֹלוֹת, לְכַוֵּן בּוֹ כְּדֵי לְעוֹרֵר שׁוֹפָר אַחֵר, שֶׁבּוֹ כְּלוּלִים הַקּוֹלוֹת לְמַעְלָה (וּלְסַדֵּר קוֹלוֹת בַּשּׁוֹפָר).
195. סִדְרָה רִאשׁוֹנָה – יוֹצֵא קוֹל וּמִתְעַטֵּר לְמַעְלָה, עוֹלֶה רְקִיעִים, וְנִבְקָע בֵּין הָרִים רָמִים, וּמַגִּיעַ לְאַבְרָהָם וְשׁוֹרֶה בְרֹאשׁוֹ וּמִתְעַטֵּר, וְהוּא מִתְעוֹרֵר וּמַתְקִין אֶת הַכִּסֵּא. וּבְסֵפֶר הָאַגָּדָה שָׁנִינוּ, בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁאוֹתוֹ קוֹל רִאשׁוֹן עוֹלֶה, מִתְעוֹרֵר וּמִתְעַטֵּר אַבְרָהָם, וּמַתְקִין אֶת הַכִּסֵּא, וּפוֹקֵד עָלָיו (אַבָּא וְאִמָּא) אַבָּא.

When this Shofar awakens, and when men do Teshuva, they should make the shofar sound from below, and that sound rises up. Then another upper shofar, Binah, arises, Mercy awakens, and the judgment goes away.
This action requires three sets of Shofar blowing in the sequences of;
תשרת, תשת, תרת
ת = Tekiah – a long blast.
ש = Shevarim – three medium-length sounds.
ר = Teruah- nine short blasts.
These sounds awaken the supernal Shofar, Binah. The three lines, Right, Left, and Center that, are included in Binah cause the Light of Mercy flows down to Zeir Anpin and Malchut.

With the voices that ascend from below, Israel empowers the upper levels. It is necessary to have a shofar on this day and arrange the sounds in the order of תשרת, תשת, תרת. And with proper mediation to evoke the great Shofar, which is Binah, and in it included the voices from above that are Chessed, Gevurah, and Tiferet of Zeir Anpin.

The sound of the first sequence, תשרת, ascends, and in Binah, it pierces through high mountains that are the two lines of Binah. Abraham, who is Chessed of Zeir Anpin, comes to the top, gets a crown, and sets the judge’s throne to be a throne of Mercy.
From the book of Aggadah, we learned that when the first sound rises, Abraham is awakened and adorned with a crown to fix the throne. Above him in command is the Father, that is Chokmah of the right line of Binah.
