Zohar Tetzaveh
Continued from previous DZ
#139
While the ministers of the seventy nations are joyful and eat from the sustenance that Israel prepares for them, namely the seventy bulls, at that time, Israel is arranging a throne for the Holy One, Blessed be He, from below, meaning they are preparing Malchut to be a throne for the Holy One, Blessed be He, and to elevate Malchut above with the four species of the Lulav, through the joy of the holiday, by saying Hallel, and by circling the altar. Then, Malchut ascends and receives blessings and happiness from her husband, Zeir Anpin.

#140
The rest of the beasts, which are the ministers ruling over the seventy nations, eat and chew; the remains from their eating are trodden under their feet, and they are nourished by it, namely from the seventy bulls as mentioned above. Malchut takes the souls and elevates them to the supreme delight, Zeir Anpin. When it descended and held all the blessings, all the holiness, and all the delights that Israel drew down to it through all these actions they performed and offered to her during the seven days. Then it descended to be close to her children and rejoice with them for one day. That day is the eighth day because it is with the other seven days, as mentioned above, and therefore, it is the eighth, comprising eight days together.
For this reason, it is called ‘Atzeret’ (Assembly), which means gathering, as all seven days are gathered on that eighth day, and it is called Shemini, meaning the Eighth Day of Assembly. “Shemini” (eighth) comes only after seven. Therefore, it is called by two names: it is called “Shemini” for being the eighth to the seven days, and it is called “Atzeret” for including all seven days within it.
