Tikkun 21 – 135
The Holidays that represent the three columns of the Tree of Life are Passover, Rosh Hashanah and Shavuot.
Rosh Hashanah is the left column. It is the beginning of life on earth with the separation of Eve from Adam’s body and it is also a judgment day.
Six months later is Passover and it represents the right column. At this time the light comes from the right side, elevated from Zeir Anpin to Binah and Chokmah and reveals its full light.
Shavuot is the central column and after Zeir Anpin reaches maturity in Chokmah and Binah, its light can be revealed in Malchut. This is the event we celebrate after going through 50 gates with the counting of the Omer following Passover. It is the revelation and the gift of the Torah that we received on Mount Sinai.
