Isaiah 24:16
“מִכְּנַף הָאָרֶץ זְמִרֹת שָׁמַעְנוּ צְבִי לַצַּדִּיק וָאֹמַר רָזִי לִי רָזִי לִי אוֹי לִי בֹּגְדִים בָּגָדוּ וּבֶגֶד בּוֹגְדִים בָּגָדוּ.”
“From the ends of the earth, we have heard songs: “Glory to the righteous!” But I said, “I am ruined, ruined! Woe to me! The treacherous dealers have dealt treacherously; indeed, the treacherous dealers have dealt very treacherously.”
“ends of the earth” “מִכְּנַף הָאָרֶץ” is the corner of the Tzitzit, also called ‘wing’ of the Tzitzit, an aspect of Malchut.

“We have heard songs” is a reference to the threads that come out and hang from a higher place, including the upper paths that come out of the upper Chokmah, because the threads, the secret of Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet, and Malchut of Zeir Anpin, that come out from the upper Chokmah, Binah, Da’at (#323). “צְבִי לַצַּדִּיק” “Glory to the righteous!”, this tzaddik, which is the Yessod of Zeir Anpin, those threads of Tzitzit that are Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet, and Malchut of Zeir Anpin, is his glory. Because from him as the funnel to Malchut, they came out and gave to Malchut. And each thread is included on two sides, from Chassadim and Chokmah, which are Right and Left. And when I look at the secrets (רזי לי רזי לי), I say, “Woe to me!”, Because they come out of the supreme secret of all faith. They include the illumination of all the lights of Malchut, which is called faith. And when I look at the blue, and I see a strap to beat, which is the place of fear to have fear, I say alas for me that people do not know how to watch and look at what they are punished for lying, in this “בּוֹגְדִים שֶׁבָּגָדוּ” “they betray their betrayal,” because they lie when reciting the Shema without the Tzitzit, and bear false witness.

There are many different translations of Isaiah 24:16 because the prophets speak with codes.
Rashi on Isaiah 24:16:1 (Copied from Sefaria.org)
From the end of the earth Jonathan (ben Uziel) paraphrases: From the Temple, which is at the edge of the land of Israel in the east, as we learned: (Maaser Sheni 5:2) [According to Lev. 19:23. 25, the produce of the vineyards produced during the first three years of its growth may neither be eaten nor may any benefit be derived from there. The produce of the fourth year must be taken to Jerusalem and eaten there. If this is inconvenient, the owner may redeem the produce and take the redemption money to Jerusalem, where he must buy food to eat with the sanctity of כֶּרֶם רְבָעִי, the fourth-year vineyard. The Rabbis decreed, however, that within a day’s journey from Jerusalem, all produce must be brought to Jerusalem, and the owner has no option to redeem it. The following Mishnah delineates the boundaries of this area.] Lod from the west and the Jordan from the east. It is found that from Jerusalem to the Jordan is a day’s journey. But I say, according to the simple meaning, that we heard from behind the heavenly Curtain, that they are destined to raise their voices in song from the edge of the earth. Now what are the songs? “The righteous shall be upraised.” There shall be a position and an upraising for the righteous.
And I said, I have my secret; I have my secret; woe is to me! Woe is to me that these two secrets have been revealed to me, the secret of retribution and the secret of salvation, for the salvation will be far off until enemies come, plunderers after plunderers, and marauders after marauders (San. 94a). Five instances of treachery are stated here, corresponding to Babylon, Media, Persia, Greece, and Edom, who will enslave Israel before their redemption, and after these plunderings.
